We were served by an excellent and friendly member of staff who took us through our choice of holiday, explained all options and details and clearly answered our questions. I wanted the advice of a professional but everything they promised about my holiday was a lie. Something something never trust a salesman.

Edit: lol at the reply. I came to the branch and literally said "I can't find anywhere to go for a good holiday, recommend somewhere." I expected to get the benefit of someone in the industry but no. For example: I wanted somewhere we could swim. The hotel recommended does not have a suitable beach for swimming for some distance. Also this is the copy pasted response from the negative Google review I already left but you INVITED ME to leave a trustpilot review as well, what were you expecting?
