Efficient and friendly
Very thorough, efficient and friendly. Enabled me to book the specific cabin I wanted and various optional excursions during the cruise itself. Took the time to check everything out including talking direct to cruise company.

Exceptional service
This is the second time that we have used Hays Travel to book our holiday and the service again has been exceptional.
