Our local Hays Travel is in New Strand
Our local Hays Travel is in New Strand, Bootle. We have booked a number of holidays here over several years we keep going back because the staff are great, they listen to what we want and work to get our requirements and the best prices. This time our agent was Jonny, we had recently returned from a weeks stay in Majorca and wanted to return next year. We had booked the holiday here and the agent had had good feedback about this hotel and she wasnt wrong. Jonny went through the system to get the requested daytime time flights, checked the prices and room types nothing was too much trouble. The only hitch was the printer in store wasn't working, the documents were emailed to me and advised the documents could be posted to us or if we were in the shopping centre to call in and a member of staff would print them off. When I got home I checked my emailed documents and my date of birth was wrong. I rang the store, the phone was answered straight away and the error was corrected. My husband picked the paperwork up a couple of days later, no hassle.
