Nice, down to earth friendly staff. Very thorough when booking a holiday. Had issues with locking in a price but managed to get a good price in the end. Only problem I had with Hays is that I still had to organise a few things myself. I use travel agents to make sure I do everything is completed properly but some paperwork etc I had to fill in and figure out myslef.

We had no idea where we wanted to go, but Angela was patient and listened to what was important to us. Tracy and Stuart were also there and were very helpful too, as always. Angela was able to recommend a hotel in Egypt that ticked all the boxes for us. We came into Hays all stressed out, but left with huge smiles on our faces! Thank you guys!

Booking the cruise was easy. Rory listened to what we wanted, gave advice on cabin types. No pressure from him at all and we went ahead with the booking. He gave further advice re holiday insurance specifically for cruising, was very friendly, helpful in the whole booking process.
