Visited the Cardiff store recently, served by Anna who was very friendly we were selling jewellery and was very pleased with the amount offered and how quick and easy it was !

Fabulous item, well packed and super-speedy delivery.

Had a Sovereign ring & another gold ring I never wear & we are going on a 6 week holiday next week so I thought why not take them down to Swansea Market Gold Reserves for a valuation, this is where we met Bethan a lovely young lady very polite & professional she examined the rings & within a few mins we had a very good price agreed no messing around at all
Bethan offered us time to think it over there was no pressure to decide immediately so we had a coffee at another stall went back & swapped the 2 gold rings I never wear for £1300.00 no waiting I was offered an immediate bank transfer into my account or cash we decided on cash as it will go a long way for diesel , campsites & the Le Shuttle crossing in our camper next week

We paid a visit to the stall in Swansea Market. We were served by a young lady called Bethan. She was very helpful, polite and friendly. It was our first visit and Bethan was professional and made our experience easy. We will definitely return and recommend Gold Reserves to others.
