Fuel system
I used first time the app, and the fuel system is really not clear, after my rental, I have to pay more for the fuel, when I took back with more than before. I contacted the helpdesk, to solve the problem, but they didn't do anything to solve it, just telling me next time I should be more aware of their system. So I lost money on this.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I had to cancel this booking after noticing several particularly concerning issues regarding the owner and the vehicle. The vehicle’s location was changed at the last minute, even though the pickup was initially supposed to be in the city center, which resulted in additional transportation costs for me.
The owner was also completely unresponsive and disappeared after I informed them that the car was not working. I received no assistance or solution from them.
I have kept all the messages, photos, and supporting documents and have provided them to Getaround so that the situation can be investigated. I do not recommend this rental and I strongly urge Getaround to investigate the owner’s behavior and the condition of the vehicle.
