Similar to other customer feedback, some issues with the quote engine. It's not the easiest system to navigate and my quote did change. However, the support from the driverline team was always positive and I'm delighted with my new car.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Lies about delivery dates and random assignments of cars.
I ordered a car in Nov, my colleague ordered the exact same car as me. Model and colour. I received a delivery date of Jan. They received a delivery date of May.
Its April and my colleague is receiving thier car earlier than forecast.
I have been told, as I have been every month, my delivery is pushed back another month now to May.
So...figure that one out. They have no idea what they are doing and if you receive a car or not is pure luck.
The ordering system seems to be a mystery to them and deliveries are always out of thier control.

Good overall. I few issues when collecting the car but the communication was good.

The customer service from the Team was great, quick to respond and helpful when questions were asked.
Only slight quibble was the delivery of the vehicle from Toyota took a fair while longer than expected, not the teams fault though!
Unsafe, expensive and it’s my fault!
Be cautious before taking out an EV lease through this scheme. My vehicle was delivered without a working charger, making it unusable initially, and later the supplied charger failed during normal use and damaged my outdoor electrical sockets. This created a genuine electrical safety issue and resulted in further downtime.
Despite the vehicle being unusable for around two months in total, salary sacrifice deductions continued, and I was later charged early termination and collection fees. Communication and clarity around responsibility, safety escalation, and financial adjustment were poor.
If you proceed, make sure a tested, compatible charger is in place before delivery, and get written confirmation of what happens if charging equipment fails or the vehicle cannot be used. The financial and safety risk appears to sit largely with the employee.
18 weeks with my MG4 and it's been back…
18 weeks with my MG4 and it's been back in the garage 3 times. Taking 3 out of work today at my expense to get the same issue looked at and hopefully repaired.
I asked for reimbursement of lost wages based on the lost time in work and this being an on going issue. Fleets response to my request astounded me, basically tough! Your car so you take it to the garage! I think the thought process is not in line with customer care or understanding this is a Fleet and MG problem if the car is not fit for purpose

I’ve had a really positive experience with Fleet Evolution throughout my lease.
From the outset the process was straightforward, clearly explained and professionally managed. As my contract has progressed and I’ve had questions around my agreement, vehicle options and future plans, the team have always been responsive and helpful.
A special mention to Charlotte, who has been a great help. She’s been approachable, clear in her communication and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed clarification. It makes a big difference dealing with someone who takes the time to explain things properly and keeps everything moving smoothly.
Nothing has ever felt rushed or pressured. The whole experience has been transparent and well organised, which gives real confidence that you’re dealing with a company that genuinely looks after its customers.
I’d happily recommend Fleet Evolution to anyone considering a vehicle lease.
Generally good but poor delivery
Communication while getting the quotes was very quick and clear. Delivery process was poor - told to expect a call first thing in the morning which didn't happen and had to keep chasing. Driver ended up being very delayed and didn't really seem to know much about what was going on. All ok in the end though.
Very good customer service
Very good customer service, and whenever I've had a query, the team at Fleet Evolution have dealt with it very quickly. The only minor thing was that I was promised that there would be some communication (potentially from the CEO) to state that Fleet Evolution would absorb the costs of the new EV VED tax from April. But there's been nothing...
Fantastic service all round
The team have been fantastic helping me get my salary sacrifice card. They have been happy to help answer and quick to do so in answering any queries i had about various options before replacing an order.
After ordering, they maintained contact and provided updates on the status of my order and the handover after receiving my car has been great!

The team were really lovely and super helpful! The car is gorgeous and the guy who delivered it was so friendly too! I would definitely recommend.
Team really helpful but still waiting for charger install date
The team were really helpful when ordering my new EV and have been very responsive throughout the process. I am disappointed that my charge point wasn't installed prior to receiving my EV as I did my survey well in advance, and asked on multiple occasions about it being ready.
Good Communication from the start…
Good Communication from the start through to completion, the only thing I would add here but not Fleet evolutions issue was the delivery timeline my vehicle was ready and for collection without any pre warning it was at manufacturers which has left me with 2 vehicles at the moment. I opted to collect my vehicle to get the full handover experience and this was very good explaining all features in the comfort of the showroom. Then the follow up from Fleet Evolution since delivery again has been excellent.

Generally good experience. Helpful when prompted, but this company seems to have an issue with its systems or processes - charger left of my order, then despite chasing emails, failed to arrange installation of the charger before my car arrived (6 month order window).
