Very poor delivery service

I am writing to complain about the handling of this delivery .
What happened:
1. The delivery agent made no attempt to contact me before or at the time of delivery.
2. Without any notification or agreement, the parcel was diverted to a collection point.
3. I was given no opportunity to accept the delivery at my address, which is the service I paid for.
This is not the service that was promised at the point of purchase, and I am not prepared to accept it.
What I require.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within that period, I will escalate this to the relevant consumer protection authority.
I look forward to your confirmation.

Highly incompetent and worse customer service. They sold me a defective product in Esbjerg and they refused to change or refund. I have been sending e-mails back and forth only to get to the same point. Go to POWER instead.

Disappointing quality and service
I was quite disappointed when the "good as new" outlet headset I bought had a dead on arrival microphone. The store advertises online opening to 8pm but actually closes at 7pm. I made two trips out to the store just to be told they would not replace or repair the headset and they even tried to refund me store credit instead of money. Overall a big waste of time and money (travel).

However, I am sorry if you found different information elsewhere, which may have led to unnecessary inconvenience and an extra trip to the store.

No lead for laptop and poor service
Firstly when selling a computer, sell it with a charging lead. Secondly, when I say that I think I have one back home (same USB type, same type of computer), a response by customer services of "We recommend you buy one here to be sure" is just cheeky upselling.

Regarding your purchase of this computer, the manufacturer supplies these units to us without a charging cable. As a result, we sell the product in the same condition in which we receive it, meaning that a charging cable is not included with the computer.
However, we do offer compatible charging cables as an optional accessory for customers who do not already have one available at home.
I would also like to apologise if the way this was presented to you in the store made it seem as though our colleagues were trying to upsell the charging cable in an inappropriate manner. That was certainly not our intention, and we regret any impression this may have given.

I ordered an item for pick up in your store. When I arrived to pick up staff could not find the item and said it was not in stock. The only option suggested was wait 7 business days for it to be mailed to me. The item was in stock in other stores.

Scammed into buying a new PC.
Bought a 22,000 dkk pc, it died in less than 4 years, they wanted 28,000 to fix it. (apparently fixing fans in GPU's is impossible?)

”Like new” item arrived damaged
This was my first order from Elgiganten, and unfortunately it will also be my last.
I ordered a “like new” outlet microwave, expecting a product in excellent condition as described. Instead, I received a microwave with multiple bent and misaligned feet, causing it to wobble and stand unevenly. The damage was clearly visible, making me question whether the product had been inspected before it was shipped.
When I contacted Elgigantens customer service, I was only offered two options: either carry the 16.9 kg defective microwave to a collection point myself or take it to a post office using a return label. I find it unacceptable that a company can deliver a defective product to my home but refuses to arrange collection of that same defective product.
Because of my health condition, transporting such a heavy appliance is not possible. This whole experience has cost me hours of my time, unnecessary stress, and I still don’t have a working microwave after moving into my new apartment.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer-oriented service. I expected much better.

It’s ridiculous if you place an order…
It’s ridiculous if you place an order and you have to pick it up, they have no system and they ask you to wait in line after all the people who have multiple questions. Instead of just getting the package right away, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to hand me my order that I already paid for. Horrible service.
