Was so grateful for the 24/7 service after discovering a blocked toilet at my elderly mother’s home late in the evening . The engineer arrived in the dark within the allocated time slot and did a thorough job of unblocking the toilet and entire drainage system . He was very professional and polite and gave advice on how to rectify issues with the system that may have contributed to the blockage . Would recommend, thanks.
