Good company / printers
always easy to order / re-order any items and very helpful on the phone to assist.
Only slight downside is, it does take a good few days for what I order to be delivered, because I think it comes from printers in Germany. However now I know I just need to make sure I order in advance of needing it. Otherwise a great service.

They went to great lengths to disguise…
They went to great lengths to disguise where they operated and manufactured from (Valencia Spain) with Birmingham phone numbers and London addresses - all of which led to great confusion about actual delivery dates - the product when it arrived was OK but not great value for money

1 star. I ordered two roller banners and simply wanted a different design on each. HelloPrint's system only allows one design per product line, and the customer service made it worse rather than better. "Anna" is clearly an AI bot: it went round in circles, asked the same questions repeatedly, and never once solved the actual problem I raised. At one point it told me it had uploaded a design I had not confirmed. I had to explicitly ask for a human to review my order. A two-minute request turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. I would not recommend them and will not be ordering again. Cancelled my order!
