Order shipped incomplete with additional costs charged to the customer
I placed an order on 19/05. Order n° 6117335837.
The order was delivered on 21/05.
When it arrived, I noticed that one product was missing. I contacted customer support and was told that the warehouse had made a mistake while preparing the package and that I would be refunded for the missing item.
The missing product is available on the website, but I would have to pay shipping costs because of mistakes caused by this company’s incompetence. I also cannot return the order because some medications cannot be returned.
In conclusion, not only did the company make a mistake, but they are also charging the customer additional costs because of it. Shameful company. I do not recommend it to anyone.

All'arrivo mi sono accorto che mancava un prodotto. Ho chiamato l'assistenza e mi è stato detto che il magazzino ha sbagliato a preparare il pacco e che mi avrebbero rimborsato il prodotto. Il prodotto mancante è disponibile sul sito ma devo pagare le spese di spedizione per errori dovuti all'incompetenza di questa azienda. Non posso neanche fare il reso perché alcuni farmaci non possono essere restituiti. In conclusione, non solo l'azienda ha sbagliato, ma mettere a carico del cliente ulteriori spese. Azienda vergognosa. Assolutamente da sconsigliare

My fault I suppose, I should have been more careful as I was going though the ordering procedure.

Good prices online, bad management
Good prices online. I haven't got any problems with delivery. Received everything I ordered every time.
My complaint is that, when they gave me tha Dr Max card they put a wrong name on it even though the lady asked for an 🆔.
But that's not the problem.
Problem is that after I wrote them many times I still wait for them to fix it. Raluca assured me that the name has been corrected but I still receive emails from Dr Max weeks after still with the wrong name

How does this match the slogan “People matter, we put people first and offer low prices”? For a diabetic patient, who needs these products daily, the difference is not a detail—it’s a burden.
Nice promises, but the reality is the exact opposite: inflated prices and staff lacking empathy. Unfortunately, this is not care for people, but rather an insult to their intelligence.

No interest in customer s needs
I ordered from this site, 2 weeks passed and nothing...I called at customer service and i was told that my order is blocked because some products are out of stock. I was not announced of this fact so i waited my order to arrive. I really needed those suplemments and my dissatisfaction results from the lack of interest in customers.

I 100% reccomemd Dr Max online pharmacy
I love Dr Max online pharmacy, it's just best for anyone who wants to buy good quality products and have a good look at the product from the comfort of their screen. I didn't know they were shipping orders and since I found out they do, I always order from them. The products come sealed, they look just like in the picture, if not better and the box is secured well.
The only downsides are that when I enter the app I have to login always but i have my login info saved so wouldn't be much of a problem. The other downside is that when I did my order I checked to see more info on it and it couldn't load. I didn't mind it, but i recently got an email saying my order is in its way and I was thinking maybe I accidentally clicked re-order the previous products. But turns out as their system wasn't working well at that time their email received now. I checked their app again and it's no new order so I'm relieved. I totally recommend the Dr max online pharmacy for anyone who wants products that are good quality & have a good price.
