Beautiful design, but terrible durability for the price

In less than 6 my case started dissolve

I ordered a phone case for $63.97, and at checkout it clearly showed $0 in taxes and free shipping. There was no clear warning that I would be responsible for additional import duties.

After the item was delivered, I received a $42.52 invoice from FedEx for customs duties and brokerage fees. This brought the total cost to over $100 for a single phone case.

If these fees had been disclosed upfront, I would not have placed the order.

This feels very misleading. Customers should be clearly informed if they will be responsible for import taxes and additional charges after delivery.

The product itself is fine, but the lack of transparency around the true cost completely ruined the experience and I will not recommend it at all.

Getting my 2nd case from here, loving the quality, durability & design.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Decoded.

I purchased a €50 phone case, expecting premium quality and durability. After only 4 months of completely normal daily use, the metallic cover around the camera shows significant wear, simply from putting the phone in and out of my pocket.

I’ve been using iPhone cases for many years, across different brands, and I have only seen this kind of degradation in very low-cost products. For a product in this price range, this level of durability is clearly unacceptable.

I contacted customer support and provided photos, but my claim was dismissed as “normal wear and tear,” which I strongly disagree with. This not only reflects poor material quality, but also poor customer service.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Horrible Horrible horrible.
I ordered a case on the 14th of April, still has not arrived! I sent an email to the customer service to check of they have the correct address and I write them the address again and still no reply. Customer service are extremely bad dusgraceful. They have just automatically replied on my email.
Really do not recommend, may be the products are good but customer services will kill them!

Need a solution now either sending my order in the quickest way possible or a refund

I bought a stepper for my watch, and I am so happy with that. Quality and price are both very good. Recommended!

Never received my product, I'm out $100 with no word from Decoded or FedEx

It arrived early in perfect condition

I placed the order as a gift, and mistakenly order Iphone16 pro max case, I contacted them after realizing the mistake, and they assisted me so well with placing a new order with the correct case.

Well I bought a titanium band that it broke apart after few days causing the fall of my iwatch in the ground and broken it, so I wouldn’t recommend this brand. 90€ of band only lasts few days.

Use of fedex and customs fee was alot to pay for a case

Terrible. Despite the good reviews of the case I bought and it’s attractive style and feel, I am very disappointed by its weight which is due to the metal camera area at the top - something I had no idea about. The buttons are also loose.

Anyway, this dissatisfaction is exacerbated by the unfair return policy I just read - that I can’t get a refund unless it was unused. Anything we can do here?

When I purchased this case, I had no idea, I had to pay more taxes, fees and storage fees, for this case which almost amounts to the cost of the case itself.Im extremely upset. They should state this while you are in the checkout process, which they do not however, I got an email from them stating it is incorporated in there policy, who sits to read policies on a case purchase.? whoever does I guess has nothing better to do, perhaps very few exceptions. In addition, the case was sitting in customs for parent reason and now on top of that to add insult to injury, I have to pay storage fees mind-boggling.

Leather phone case ripped on the first week of use and they charged me import costs via FedEx. Ridiculous and will not be purchasing from them again.

A waste of money, the DECODED iPhone 15 Plus Detachable Leather Wallet Case broke and the slot for cash tore, so it must be thrown away.
