From when Michael came to view the property to the ladies at the office when we needed boxes, to the crew who moved our stuff, Tony, Steve and apologies I forgot the other guys name, they were very careful with our stuff, treated every thing as delicate, and I must not forget the lovely Leeanne who is very friendly when I call the phone. Amazing service and im glad we chose you.

Very smooth transaction. Very accommodating especially when we have to make few changes with the date of pick up and items to be moved. Respond quickly and professionally. 2nd time using conroy, first domestic move in nz and move to Australia. Both very good and we are happy with the service

Always prompt. Fast but careful. Always use them for my moves (of which I have many!)

Very easy to deal with. From the quote process, to customer service, arranging packing, pick up of boxes, frequent updates through international transit, explaining forms needed to fill out etc etc

At no point was I confused or stressed about anything.

And somehow they were one of the cheapest quotes and I checked extensively extensively

Great service from the point of requesting a quote, through to packing and delivery. Staff all friendly and easy to deal with. Pricing competitive. Packing and delivery undertaken without breakage or damage.

Terrible company to deal with. Did property damage on pickup of goods and then delivery was a total mess with ourselves having to provide a lot of the labour. Also damaged goods. They said sorry that move did not meet their standards and that management would be in contact to discuss. Over 3 months later and still have heard nothing from them. I would not use them again. Also not cheap. Beware

We were incredibly impressed with Conroy Removals for our recent move from Wellington to Auckland.

We needed to move at short notice, and they were completely accommodating, locking in our dates without any hassle. True to their word, they followed through perfectly on the exact days and times they promised.

From the office staff coordinating the logistics to the removalists loading the truck, all the people were very friendly and easy to deal with. They made a stressful, last-minute move feel seamless and smooth. We highly recommend them!

I lost my job up in Ashburton and had to move down to southland at short notice, and these guys moved mountains to make it happen. At what was a pretty average time for me, their whole team from the office people, dispatch and drivers were so very friendly and helpful! And their drivers genuinely loved their jobs, nothing was too much of a problem. I could not recommend these guys highly enough, not only because their price was half that of one of their competitors, but their genuine Kiwi " we'll get it done mate" attitude that is so hard to find these days. Please support this company 😊

Everything was great. Can not fault Conroy at all. Communication was consistent from booking to drop off. They showed up when they said they would for collection and delivery. I was kept informed through every step including going through customs etc. I would definitely use Conroy again and will recommend to everyone. Thank you Conroy for taking the pressure off 😊😊😊.

We had a hassle‑free move with Conroy Shipping ,from New Zealand to Australia— genuinely smooth from beginning to end. The staff were great to deal with and kept everything simple and stress‑free. Definitely recommend them if you’re planning a move.

I would highly reccomend Conroy removals. I had them ship my stuff from Aus - NZ The process was very straight forward. Staff were great!

We moved about 2 cubic metres from Nelson to Brisbane which took about 3 months from door to door which is what we expected. After searching the net we found that conroy had the cheapest price. 

The communication was execellent where they used txt, email, and phone call to make sure everything went smoothly. They informed us constantly over the three months to tell us where our freight was up to on the journey.

I would highly recommend them and would use them again. They have little room for improvement.

We moved to NZ this year and the shipping company we used to get our stuff here used conroy removals this side. The day when their team delivered to the goods was perfect and smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Once when they were done they said as soon as we have unpacked our items we can contact their office and arrange for collection of all the packaging and boxes. So we did just that and phoned both numbers provided. No answer for a few days. I started mailing them and was told that they were going to contact us soon. It never happened so I send another mail. The response was bad! I was told if they were in the area they would come we should just wait and if the stuff is in our way we should put it in the recycling bins. This ain't a cheap excise and I'm not going to pay for recycling when I already paid them. This is inappropriate and a lack of communication. It's not customer services at all.

This is the third time I have used Conroy's (both inter island and regionally) they are highly skilled, easy to deal with, efficient and well-priced. Top quality service and excellent results.

From start to delivery, it was great, making contact in Auckland to arranging pick and packing, 20.4.26 all the way to delivery, which arrived, today 22.6.26 over all we are very happy with the whole process, and highly recommend Conroy for there service and contacts through to delivery, great job,, and today we had two kiwi guys drop our items off, how good was that, :)

An update for anyone looking to use Conroy's to shift. DONT! We sent an email to Conroy’s Management with photo's attached of the damage that was sustained to our furniture and concerns about multiple charges due to poor quoting. We received no feedback from anyone in management.
