We were impressed by the amount of activities for the kids, and generally our kids enjoyed the stay. However, an issue regarding the activities is that there at certain workshops are issues with a lack of introduction from the staff.
Furthermore, our biggest issue was with the cleaning and maintenance of the cottages. When arriving we had a great deal of ants in and around the bathtub + duct tape was used to keep out ants by the maintenance staff. The floor was also sticky, and the whole cottage had a bad smell. One of our sheets also had a small blood stain, and we found spider webs in many of the corners of the place. All of it is a pity, since the cottages are nice and well equipped generally.
The most disappointing thing however was the lack of help from the staff. We got help for the ants and new sheets to change ourselves on day nr. 2. However the rest was never dealt with, even though we were in contact with them daily.

We have RATS in our room and the costumer support dont care at all! The CEO dont care to.!
I have now try to get my money back in 2 weeks.
The costumer support cancel the call when I try to call, because I tell them that I only speak English and not German, they just cansel the cal!

The CEO answer me at linkedin, but nothing happent, because he dont care to.

I wish I had se the bad review in here before I order the stay, it's crazy how bad experiences this has been so far. we leave after one day(should have stayed for 3 days)

Centerparks is a scam. In the centerparks.de site THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. Nobody in the call center can speak ENGLISH. It is written free booking on the webpage to fool you in. In the information it is written that they cut 20% if you cancel longer than 29 days to your stay. It is 75 % if it is shorter than that. The rate is starting from 30% in eu website. If you accept the cut and cancel your booking, you have to wait 6 weeks to get back your money which they withdraw immediately from your account. Please dont get fooled into these scammers.

I made an order for 6 people to their Park in Germany, paid in full over 5,200 EUR. The reservation was for last March. Due to the COVID situation they allowed us to postpone to March 2021. Now it's pretty clear that we won't be able to travel there, nor do we want to travel there at this point in time.
I asked for a refund, and they are willing to refund only 70% and take for themselves 30%.
I've asked to speak with a manager - and was informed that I can not speak with one, nor will they get back to me. The woman I spoke with refused to identify herself and told me that I can only "file a complaint" in the website - and guess what, in the website they say to call their call center.
So to conclude - they hold my money for over a year, and are not willing to let go of it unless I pay them 1,500 EUR.

We booked a boathouse through our danish agency, it was confirmed and paid for (22/6 - 26/6). One week before departure, we recieved an e-mail from the agency, that according to their businesspartner, there was no longer a boathouse available. I called the german office and was informed that the booking was still on. Then calling the agency to inform this. Hours later the agency e-mailed, that they could not get an confirmation for the boathouse. WHY ?? What is going on ??

We were just in the park Eifel, for a week of all inclusive, it was a very mixed pleasure, our house number 331 was nice bit worn. had to remove the weed to get in the door, the weed stood 1 meter high more places . We have been guests at Centerpacks several times and had high expectaittions for this holiday, becauseit was all inclusive and a premium cabin. Unfortunately, it was not met. Auqabmondo small and dirty. we decided to eat outside the park 1/2 part of the week as the food was not as expected, the breakfast was good, with the dinner was not worth describing, but the staff and their service super good and friendly with the exception of the front desk. a very expensive mistake to holiday there.
