For little improvement [for me] would be that 🚗 on favourite list, maybe could show what car was sold with an 'inactive'
Do have 10+ cars on it.

Pathetic service
Pathetic service. I created an account to sell my car on June 2. At first, I could not see my announcement on the website. Later, I couldn't even login to my account, it says my account doesn't exist. Reaching out to customer service is impossible. You fill out a formula and they never write or call. Customer service is offline always even in the work hours. It is so frustrating that you paid for something and get zero out of it! Moreover, my account was set to automatic renewal every month and now I can't even login and I am clueless how to stop a recurring payment of dkk 249 every month!!!!

The new version of Bilbasen is terrible, I cant even use that page anymore. Why you did that and just made it so bad for the users?

Awful website
Awful website. Impossible to navigate, due to adverts poping into your eye every second, literally.
It used to be a pleasure to browse and search for a car. Not anymore.
Idiotic layout, hence very duscuraging.

I believe it's THE place to sell and buy cars. Easy done. But a expensive even for a basis sale, where I'm doing everything and BilBasen nothing more than on DBA where it's free.
But will use it again should I sell or buy another car.
