Tariff
Hi, i write to inform that although i am satisfied with the jacket, cut, quality, delivery, yet i wish i would have known that tariff was not included in price. I had to pay 64$ days after i received my jacket. A simple sentence on website at check out would be nice, Grazie
Quality
Website easy to navigate, items shipped quickly, and quality met high standards.
Il cappotto in cashmere è assolutamente…
Il cappotto in cashmere è assolutamente squisito e ha superato le mie aspettative. La qualità e la maestria artigianale di Angelico sono davvero impressionanti.
I continue to be very impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and style of the Angelico brand.
Don’t be fooled
Don’t be fooled—the title claims cashmere, but this sweater is only 5% cashmere. The rest is cheap, scratchy synthetic that feels nothing like cashmere. $150 for this? Absolutely ridiculous.
And to make matters worse, it ships from Italy and nobody mentions the $30 customs fee. So you end up paying even more for what is basically a low-quality polyester sweater.
False advertising, bad material, hidden fees—this is the definition of a rip-off. Avoid by any cost!
letdown
I purchased this scarf because the website clearly stated that it was made of 100% wool. However, when the item arrived, the label showed a completely different composition: 68% wool, 30% modal, and 2% cashmere. There is no mention of 100% wool anywhere on the actual product.
Additionally, the scarf is much shorter than expected. On the website, all scarves are listed under the same size description, but in reality they come in different lengths. I assumed I would receive a scarf similar in length and quality to the one I previously purchased, but instead I received a completely different product.
Very disappointed with the misleading description and inconsistency in sizing.
This review applies only to this specific purchase. Items bought in the physical store are of very high quality.
Very good customer service
Very good customer service. I received some shoes that were a bit damaged, so I contacted them. They sent me a new pair of shoes and they refunded me the shipping costs.
Also, the quality of the clothes is very good. I recomment it!
I ordered a coat exactly a month ago
I ordered a coat exactly a month ago, and there is still nothing except the document you created, but the coat has not been shipped. I contacted DHL, hoping they had the package, but unfortunately, I was informed that the coat was never sent.
