delivery via postNL is terrible, a week to deliver my package, postnl seems to be confused, doesn’t deliver package to their pick-up point, instead returns package somewhere else and next day tries to deliver again, changing pick up point… MESS

hello, I had a great experience with the second order - order processing, status update, delivery... everything went well
However, my first didn't work that well - after a week of silence the order has been rejected, due to out of the stock communication.
