My daughter purchased several items from this company, and two arrived defective. We contacted customer service multiple times but never received a meaningful response. Instead, their AI system appears to filter inquiries, making it very difficult to reach a human representative.
Their return policy is also misleading. It suggests a prepaid return label is provided, but in reality, the reimbursement is limited, leaving customers to pay part of the return shipping costs.
To make matters worse, the sizing chart is inaccurate. Based on our experience, the products, customer service, and return process did not meet reasonable expectations.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. If you receive a defective item or need to make a return, be prepared for a frustrating and potentially costly experience.
Additionally they now have offered me in GOODWILL $20.00 refund for a $300 outfit that was defective as they do not supply return labels for Canada,
I have never come across more of a fraud and unworthy company. So pathetic and sad!!!!!

The customer service has always been so helpful. I recently had an order returned to whitefox from the shipping provider due to an error in the address, despite it being an error on my side Lili was quick to get it sorted and get my order sent back out to me. Great communication and service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with White Fox UK.
I placed my order on 22 June, but the tracking never progressed beyond “shipping label created.” Royal Mail confirmed they had never received the parcel, yet I had to chase customer services multiple times before receiving a response.
After waiting several days, I was simply told to wait another 48 hours while they “investigated.” It was only after further chasing that White Fox finally admitted the parcel had been lost.
The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. I was left wondering where my order was, with no proactive updates and having to do all the chasing myself. Good customer service isn’t just about resolving problems—it’s about keeping customers informed when things go wrong.
Although White Fox has now offered to send a replacement, I was also told that if a replacement wasn’t available, my options would be store credit. As a consumer, I found this concerning, as I expected to be offered a refund if White Fox was unable to supply the goods I had paid for. Offering only store credit in those circumstances appears inconsistent with my statutory consumer rights.
Overall, this has been an unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming experience that could have been avoided with better communication and more appropriate customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would think twice before ordering from White Fox again.

Happy with white fox customer service! My daughters belt buckle came broken and they were apologetic and went out of their way to sort it and ended up sending a partial refund to pay for repairs as we needed the jeans that weekend!

I am so impressed with the customer service that I have received from White Fox in the past week. I mistakenly ordered my best friend’s birthday present to the incorrect (and luckily an invalid) address, and in the past week I have been in touch with Lili, and she could not have been more helpful or friendly. The error was entirely my own fault, and yet Lili went above and beyond to contact the warehouse directly to ensure my parcel had been returned back to them (as Royal Mail could not provide written confirmation that this had been returned to sender, and the Royal Mail app did not provide me with the information I needed), and I have just received a notification that the parcel is on the way safely to the correct address. Thank you so much Lili, I am so grateful to you! My best friend will absolutely love this hoodie. She is a previous (and no doubt future) customer of White Fox and I will absolutely be joining her. Thank you again Lili, your team are very lucky to have you.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The company size guide is totally off cause why is the size S that I ordered fit like a size XL. Products also arrived damaged and then customer service tells me its my responsibility to spend over $100 on a return label when they sent out DAMAGED products something completely out of my control. Absolutely disgusting money grab company.

What’s happened to White Fox?! I just ordered two jumpers and one pair of tracksuit pants (I absolutely love my previous White Fox jumpers) but the product that has arrived is completely different! The fabric feels synthetic and cheap, not even close to the quality it has been before! This is the temu version of White Fox and unfortunately I won’t be going back for more again….byyyeeeee

My teenage daughter ordered some items which did not fit and Lilli was really helpful in getting these resolved for us. Her communication was prompt, helpful and cheerful.
