Awful returns process and customer service

Nearly 2 weeks and still no one has even reviewed my return application. It hasn’t even been looked at yet, and I’ve been told once it has been approved it can take 3-5 days for a refund.

I have emailed but I just get an AI chatbot emailing back and you can’t actually speak to a human. Also, why on earth should a return need “approving” I don’t know of any other sites that have to “approve” me sending back a pair of leggings and hour after I’ve received them! The whole reason I’m returning them is also because they had a hole on the side of them.

Awful customer service and awful quality. You’d be better paying a quarter of the price and getting better customer service from SHEIN.

Poor sizing and returns policy

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I returned an item because it was unwearable due to inconsistent sizing, the exact same top in the same size but a different colour fits perfectly, yet this one was too small.

My return was rejected because they claimed the item had a scent and that the internal label had been removed, as I initially intended to keep it. However, the external tag was still attached, showing that the item had not been worn.

To make matters worse, they expect me to pay to have the rejected item sent back to me. Customer service has been unhelpful, has failed to provide a fair resolution, and has repeatedly refused to address my concerns.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience with poor customer service and inconsistent handling of returns. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on how they have dealt with this issue.

Missing top assurance

I unexpectedly did not receive one of the tops I ordered. I reached out and was surprised with how they managed it. I fully expected nothing. However I got attended in the best way possible, with almost instant responses.

Disgusting customer service I'll never…

Disgusting customer service I'll never shop there again.
I bought a faulty dress, sent it back as soon as I got the return label.
The dress has been back in their possession for 2 weeks, I've emailed , messaged via tiktok and the website chat, all with no response.
They have their dress, my money and have gone ghost on me.
The communication was great up until they received their dress back, now I'm just out of pocket $130 and they clearly couldn't care less while actively posting tiktoks and ignoring every message and comment I've sent

GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE

I had an issue with my purchase, so I sent an email expecting that it would take a long time to receive a response. I was pleasantly surprised that they replied quickly, provided me with all the information I needed, and I received my items right on time. Great customer service!

Help and solution

My grand daughter wanted a White Fox jumper.
We looked it up and I bought 2 thanks to a great deal.
I mis spelled my own email address,and the could not find my order, although paid it on PayPal.
Very concerned I had been scammed, I emailed White Fox, and after 24 hours I was reassured by Poppy, she saw my mistake and corrected it.
The jumpers has arrived.
My Bonnie is over the moon, and so am I.
Complete opposite to a scam.
