Terminate my Master trading account with high slippage
After successfully passing my 2-Step Challenge, I received my $10K Master Account. Since then, I have always kept my risk below 1% per trade, which is less than $100. In fact, I normally keep my maximum risk around $90–$91 with a 50-pip stop loss.
I have been trading on my Master Account for more than a month and have consistently followed the same risk management strategy. However, today I was informed that one of my trades exceeded the 1% risk limit due to high slippage.
I had set a proper stop loss on the trade, just as I have done with all my previous trades. This is the first time I have experienced such significant slippage in nearly two months of trading, even though I have consistently followed the same approach.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. If a properly placed stop loss can exceed the risk limit because of significant slippage, it raises serious concerns for me about the broker's execution quality and its reliability for long-term trading.

Very disappointing experience. I traded normally and did not manipulate any trades, yet my entire payout was rejected for alleged “trade manipulation.”
I received no warning or prior notice about any violation. I have asked the firm to provide evidence of the alleged violation and reconsider my payout.

Delaying for sending a funded account
I passed my Evaluation 50k and requested for a funded account in their website said it needs to review for 72 hours
Now it passed a whole week and still they didn't send me the funded account
I contacted the agent told me to wait 5 business days they are facing technical issue
And now 7 days and still they tell me to wait

I have been using this prop firm since 2024 and began receiving regular payouts from late 2025 onwards; however, citing vague reasons, they accused me of violating their rules and permanently banned me, cutting off my access to WMT. WMT does not pay out the full amount due to you; if you request a large payout—specifically totaling $10,000 or more—they only pay out 50% of what you are owed, claiming that a second payout on the same account is required to demonstrate consistency, meaning you do not receive your full entitlement.
And now I am being accused of manipulating my trades; despite having undergone two interviews, they remain skeptical and—without ever confirming the specific violation with me—proceeded to issue a permanent ban. I am disappointed with WMT for failing to explain the infraction that led to this permanent ban. It is possible that they fabricated the accusation of trade manipulation simply because I am a profitable trader.

However, a thorough and comprehensive review of your trading activity has since identified serious concerns: intentional, coordinated trading behavior conducted in a planned and organized manner across multiple related accounts. Our findings show that this activity was designed to circumvent our internal risk controls and monitoring mechanisms, resulting in risk cycling and an artificial distribution of exposure across accounts. This kind of behavior runs counter to the purpose and spirit of our trading programs and constitutes a material breach of our Terms and Conditions, specifically Section 10 – Termination of Contract, directly undermining WeMasterTrade's risk management framework.
Given the deliberate cooperation between accounts and the clear intent to exploit the structure of our trading environment — which is strictly prohibited — we have taken the following actions, effective immediately:

I deposited my own funds and successfully grew my account to $6,000 in profit. However, when I requested a payout under the 50/50 profit split agreement, they claimed I had violated their rules — without any clear explanation or evidence. I was never warned during trading, and my performance was profitable. This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out legitimate profits. I strongly advise others to be cautious before depositing with this company.

However, we would like to clarify that your withdrawal was not denied because you were profitable, but because our Risk Team identified violations of Section 10.3 – Trading Interval Restriction during a detailed review of your trading activity.
Specifically, trading records from MT5 accounts 1067692 and 1068610 showed prohibited risk transfer behavior, where positions were opened and closed on one account and then replicated on another within a short period. All related trading activity was thoroughly reviewed and documented before a decision was made.
As a result, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the related accounts were terminated and withdrawal request W000006773 was not approved. This decision was based solely on verified trading data and the application of our published rules.
We understand that this outcome is disappointing. However, maintaining a fair trading environment requires us to apply the same rules consistently to every trader. We remain committed to honoring payouts for all accounts that fully comply with our Terms and Conditions.
