A Terrible Experience with…

A Terrible Experience with WeMasterTrade: Manipulated Data and Denied Withdrawals

I'm writing this to share my personal experience and warn people to stay away from WeMasterTrade. After passing their evaluation, not only did I not receive any money, but my account was also banned under so-called "hidden rules." This is a typical case of paying to participate, hitting the target, and then having the other side refuse to pay.

My Case: Target Reached but Withdrawal Denied

I completed the WeMasterTrade challenge with a final result of 14.1% profit, $0 daily loss, $0 total loss. According to all their publicly stated rules, I had fully passed the evaluation.

But they rejected my withdrawal request citing a "consistency rule." They said my single best trade on gold (XAUUSD) with a profit of $311.10 did not meet their internal standard that is not listed in the public rules. Even more absurdly, the solution their support gave me was: "Please reduce your profits to balance your trading" — meaning I was supposed to deliberately create some losing trades or fake trades to match their data.

Worse Still: Account Data Manipulated in Real Time

After being rejected, I continued to monitor the account and discovered an even more serious problem: every time I made a profit on a trade, they manually adjusted my account metrics downward. This is not system lag but deliberate backend intervention, aimed at making sure my account could never again meet the withdrawal conditions.

This isn't just my case. On ForexPeaceArmy, other traders have reported exactly the same experience: one person's account had already made $9,000, exceeding the target by 174%, but because the platform's own server error prevented an order from being canceled, it triggered the daily loss limit and was forcibly liquidated. Another person's $5,000 withdrawal request was denied without any specific reason, and the company just repeated "final decision" without offering any explanation.

Warning Signs I Overlooked

Looking back, WeMasterTrade had several clear risk factors that I ignored.

Vague rules that can be interpreted arbitrarily. They have a "consistency rule" but the specific criteria are never made public. Once you hit the target, they can use this rule to reject you, with the reason entirely up to them. Some traders reported being pressured to hold positions for more than three minutes, only to blow their accounts by following this undocumented rule.

Opaque company structure. WeMasterTrade LTD is registered in Saint Lucia, with payments collected through WeCopy Fintech Ltd (London, UK) at a typical virtual office address. This multi-entity structure means that when problems arise, it's very difficult to find the party actually responsible.

They only take money, never refund it. Their terms explicitly state "no refunds" and "no chargebacks." This means the challenge fee you pay is nearly impossible to get back, and after you pass, they use various excuses not to pay you.

Conclusion

The problem with WeMasterTrade isn't that "trading has risk" — it's that the rules are opaque, enforcement is unfair, and the backend can be manipulated. You pay to participate, you win according to the rules, and then they change the rules or alter the data to make you lose.

If you're considering this platform, my advice is simple: Don't give your money to a company that can modify your account data at any time and refuses to explain its judgment criteria. Those positive Trustpilot reviews and award certifications won't help you at all when you actually need to withdraw your money.

Hi Trinh Van Hai, thank you for sharing your experience.

We would like to set out what our records show. In November 2025, a Trading Interval violation was identified on your account 1053369 under Section 3.3 of our Prohibited Conduct rules, and a violation notice was sent to you by email on 11 November 2025. The rule states that if a position on a specific symbol is open and at a loss on one account, a new position on the same symbol cannot be opened on any other account the customer owns, regardless of timing. Once the losing position is closed, the customer must wait at least one hour before trading the same symbol on another account. The rule is published here: https://faq.wemastertrade.com/prohibited-conduct-at-wemastertrade/

In your reply to that notice, you confirmed that you had traded the same product on two accounts and told us you did not fully understand the rule. Our support team then explained Section 3.3 in detail and pointed you to where it is published. Support had also told you earlier, on 9 November 2025, that trading the same symbol within a single account is fine, and that the restriction applies across multiple accounts.

Your withdrawal request was declined because of this violation, not because of the Profit Consistency rule, which has not applied to traders in Vietnam since November 2025. Your account 1059445 was also terminated following a Daily Loss violation, which occurs when an account's equity falls below the minimum equity threshold set by the Maximum Daily Loss limit.

The concerns raised in this review about "hidden rules", "manipulated data" and deliberately creating losing trades were not raised at any point while we handled your case, and no supporting evidence has been provided. Our trading rules are published openly in our FAQ, and the figures shown on an account are calculated automatically from its trading data. Our rules do not ask traders to place losing or fake trades. WeMasterTrade has paid thousands of successful payouts to traders under the same published rules, verifiable through our official community channels.

Unfair Payout Denial on $200K Instant Funding Account (510zero)

I purchased a $200,000 Instant Funding Account (510zero model) with WeMasterTrade, which requires reaching a minimum profit target of 6% to request a payout. After successfully achieving the required profit target and generating $2,745.94, I submitted my withdrawal request (Ref: W000135571). To my surprise, the payout was denied and MT5 Account 1207591 was arbitrarily terminated. The company cited Section 3.3 (Trading Interval Restriction), claiming account association. However, they acknowledged in writing via email that the accounts belong to completely separate, legally independent individuals. Section 3.3 in their terms explicitly applies to accounts owned by the same individual. Furthermore, when I attempted to submit an official complaint through their provided support form, the link led to a broken webpage with script errors ([contact-form-7...]). I have initiated formal dispute proceedings (Chargeback via C3Pay/RAKBANK) and regulatory reporting (FSRA Saint Lucia / UK Action Fraud). Traders should be extremely cautious when reaching payout milestones with this firm.

Update on WeMasterTrade’s Response:

Thank you for publicly confirming that account 1207591 belongs to a completely separate legal individual from accounts 1219107 and 1218111. This single admission invalidates your reliance on Section 3.3, which contractually applies to accounts controlled by the same individual under our signed agreement.Furthermore, your quoted timestamps prove how arbitrary and baseless your claim is:Claiming a trade placed 12 minutes AFTER my position was closed on Sept 28 is a "simultaneous violation"?Claiming trades placed nearly 1 to 1.5 hours LATER (1 hour 39 mins on Sept 29, and 1 hour on Oct 5) on a highly volatile asset like XAUUSD are "interval restrictions"?Labeling independent trading activity occurring hours apart between different individuals as "risk distribution" is a pure delay tactic to withhold my earned $2,745.94 profit (Ref: W000135571) and my AED 4,489.13 fees. You also conveniently ignored that your support team directed me to an internal complaint form that is broken with script errors ([contact-form-7...]). The signed contract (Simulation Trading Agreement dated 03/09/2026) signed with your UK Payment Agent WECOPY FINTECH LTD (Reg: 14905703) contains no rule banning independent traders from trading the same market hours apart. All formal chargeback claims (C3Pay/RAKBANK) and regulatory filings (FCA, Action Fraud UK, FSRA Saint Lucia) remain fully active.

Hi, thank you for sharing your experience.

We acknowledge that account 1207591 belongs to a different individual from accounts 1219107 and 1218111. The decision was not based on an assumption about your relationship. It was based on the trading activity found in our review of your full trading history, which violated Section 3.3 – Trading Interval Restriction in our Prohibited Conduct rules. The violation notice sent to you listed specific instances:

28 September 2026: a position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was closed at 17:40:13, and a trade was then placed on account 1218111 at 17:52:56.
28 September 2026: a position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was in a losing state, and a trade was then placed on another account at 17:52:56.
29 September 2026: a sell position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was in a losing state at 13:15:02, and a trade was then placed on account 1218111 from 14:54:02 to 16:41:54.
5 October 2026: a position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was in a losing state at 10:53:42, and a trade was then placed on account 1219107 from 11:54:23 to 14:32:57.

Our review also found a repeated pattern: orders were placed first on account 1207591, and when those orders moved into a loss, orders with more favorable entry points were placed on accounts 1218111 and 1219107. The rule exists to prevent risk from being transferred or distributed across related accounts after losing trades, and the orders involved were attached to the notice as evidence.

In line with our policy, withdrawal request W000135571 was not approved and accounts 1207591, 1219107 and 1218111 were terminated. Our support team has responded to you by email on this case. For traders who wish to run the same strategy across multiple accounts, Copy Trading is the recommended way to do so. WeMasterTrade has paid thousands of successful payouts to traders under the same published rules, verifiable through our official community channels.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. My husband and I both have separate accounts with WeMasterTrade. We have gone through the full KYC verification process, and the company formally acknowledged in writing that the accounts belong to two separate individuals with separate identities.
However, the moment my husband requested a legitimate profit withdrawal (Request W000135571), the company refused to pay out. Instead, they wrongfully banned and closed all of our accounts (Accounts: 1207591, 1219107, and 1218111).
They are using a cheap excuse called "Trading Interval Restriction," which is a rule explicitly written in their policy to prevent a SINGLE customer from using multiple accounts to bypass risk. They are completely misapplying their own rules to independent family members living in the same house just to find a loophole and steal our hard-earned profits.
They wait until you make money and request a payout, then they look for any technical excuse to close your accounts and keep your funds. This is a classic scam practice.
We have clear email proof where their compliance team acknowledges we are two separate people, yet they treat us as one person to justify taking our money. Avoid WeMasterTrade at all costs if you value your time and money. They will not pay you when you win!

Update based on Wemaster Reply!!

WeMasterTrade has rejected my husband withdrawal and terminated my accounts based on completely fabricated claims regarding "Trading Interval Restrictions." Their response clearly shows a lack of logic and an attempt to avoid paying payouts due to the following facts:

One Account for One Trader: The account that generated the profit and is entitled to the payout is Account No. 1207591 ($200,000 size), which belongs to Hazem Elsayed Sadek. He does not own any other accounts with this company! How on earth do you apply a multi-account restriction rule to a person who owns only ONE single account?
Financial Illogic: Does it make any investment sense to risk and jeopardize a massive $200,000 account just to get "better entry points" for other separate accounts worth only $50,000 or $25,000? This claim defies basic financial logic.
False Claims of "Repeated Losses": The company claims a repeated pattern of losses to justify the violation. However, my trading logs prove that the $200k account did not incur any loss except on September 28th only! How can you apply this rule and invent a "pattern" based on a single day of loss?
Blatant Contradiction: In their official response, WeMasterTrade explicitly admitted that the accounts belong to two entirely separate individuals. If you officially acknowledge that we are separate clients, how can you apply a rule meant for linked accounts owned by a single individual to my independent account (1207591)? How does that make sense?

This is a clear, textbook scam tactic used to avoid paying successful traders their hard-earned profits by inventing policy breaches. Stay away from WeMasterTrade to protect your money and time!

Hi, thank you for sharing your concern.

We acknowledge that the accounts involved (1207591, 1219107 and 1218111) are registered to two separate individuals. The decision followed a review of the full trading history, which identified activity in violation of Section 3.3 – Trading Interval Restriction in our Prohibited Conduct rules. The violation notice sent to the account holders listed specific instances, including:

28 September 2026: a position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was closed at 17:40:13, and a trade was then placed on account 1218111 at 17:52:56.

Our review also found a repeated pattern: orders were placed first on account 1207591, and when those orders moved into a loss, orders with more favorable entry points were placed on accounts 1218111 and 1219107. This is the behavior the rule is designed to prevent, as it transfers or distributes risk across accounts following losing trades. The orders involved were attached to the notice as evidence, and they were only a few examples of the violations identified.

In line with our policy, withdrawal request W000135571 was not approved and accounts 1207591, 1219107 and 1218111 were terminated. These rules apply equally to every trader to protect the fairness of the trading environment. For traders who wish to run the same strategy across multiple accounts, Copy Trading is the recommended way to do so. SCAMMING PLATFORM USE THEM AT YOURNOWN RISK

This is a scamming platform they never allow you to withdraw any money. They will give you lame excuses to deny payouts. Someone used my mt5 to trade his account, because I referred them the two their accounts were terminated on 23rd Sep,, 2026. And since when they blcok any account you cannot login any longer so basically no one accessed my MT5 aftr 24th except me....However, the account now affected by withdrawal request W000135562 only began being traded by me on approximately 28 October 2026 for my account 1219137. From that point onward, no other person used my device to trade or access my account.
Their latest response does not identify whether either MT5 account 1213219 or 1212906 was accessed from my device after I began trading MT5 1219137 on 28 October.
They went ahead to terminate all my accounts related to me....based on lame excuses which I never violated with my new deposits...
This platform is a scam
Trade at your own risk

They later shared an email, always looking for ways which they will deny payouts as their scheme.

I hope this message finds you well.

We have already reviewed the device-sharing issue in our previous email. We were considering making an exception regarding this violation; however, after conducting a more thorough review of your account, our Risk Team has identified activity on your account MT5 IDs: 1219137, 1221738 and 1221643 that violates Section 3.3 – Trading Interval Restriction in WeMasterTrade’s Terms and Conditions.

Specific instances include:

On 2026-10-05, after opening a position on MT5 ID: 1219137 for the symbol XAUUSD and this order was in losing state, you proceeded to place a trade on another account MT5 ID: 1221738 at 10:04:49.

On 2026-10-05, after opening two positions on MT5 ID: 1221738 for the symbol XAUUSD and these orders were in losing state, you proceeded to place a trade on another account MT5 ID: 1219137 at 05:51:42.

On 2026-10-02, a buy order for XAUUSD. was opened on MT5 account: 1219137 at 14:37:18 and closed at 16:16:50. During the same trading period, a sell order for XAUUSD_ was active on MT5 account: 1221643, opened at 15:47:25 and closed at 15:52:52.

All the above are ways to deny payouts...because how did they miss the above when making an inspection

Hi, thank you for sharing your concern.

To ensure fairness for all traders, we strictly prohibit different customers from trading on the same device. This is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions: https://faq.wemastertrade.com/can-i-trade-on-multiple-devices/

Customers trading on a shared device is recorded as a violation. The login dates, or the fact that one of the accounts was later terminated, do not change this, and cannot be used to treat the shared-device activity as not being a violation. On this basis, withdrawal request W000135562 was declined and the accounts involved were terminated in line with our policy.

Hi Golden, thank you for sharing your concern.

To clarify the violation: account 1183534 was liquidated after reaching the Maximum Daily Loss (MDL) limit. Per our policy, once Daily Loss is reached or surpassed, the account is automatically liquidated for the remainder of that trading day — trading cannot resume, and this applies regardless of how many resets a package may include, since Daily Loss and Max Loss violations, as well as a second Risk Consistency violation, are not eligible for reset.

Regarding the $50 difference between your stop loss ($150) and the recorded loss ($200), our team has asked for the specific order ID several times so we can check the execution details with our Risk team, but we have not yet received it. Without this information, we're unable to verify what happened on that specific trade.

Hi Ola, thank you for your patience while we looked into this further.

Following an additional manual review by our Risk team, we found that the automated profit/loss calculation had counted the full 0.02 lot position rather than accounting for the partial close executed at 08:55. Upon manual recheck, the account did not actually reach the Risk Consistency threshold, and your account is being reactivated.

We appreciate you providing the detailed evidence that helped us catch this, and our team will be in touch with you directly with the next steps.

Unjustified Account Closure & Balance Discrepancy - #1215025

Unjustified Account Closure & Server-Side Execution Anomaly — Account #1215025

I am writing this review after exhausting all internal support channels regarding the wrongful termination of Account #1215025.
Key Facts & Technical Anomalies:
Artificial Spread Widening: Server-side tick logs provided by the firm confirm an instantaneous 55.5-point Ask price spike (5.55 Gold points) at timestamp 20:30:43.284 without any external market-wide rationale.
No Daily Loss Violation: The total trade loss recorded was only -$29.50 USD (including commissions). The remaining account equity stands at $37,023.52 USD. Mathematically, an equity of $37,023.52 USD on a $35k+ account does NOT breach any Daily Loss Limit.
Unresolved Balance Discrepancy: A $201.50 unexplained mismatch exists between the MT5 terminal ($37,225.02) and the firm’s dashboard ($37,023.52).
A complete, time-stamped Forensic Technical Audit Report (PDF) with full tick comparisons and MT5 trade receipts has been prepared and submitted to compliance.
I urge management to review Account #1215025, correct this execution fault, and reinstate the account fairly.
[Update]: The support team responded stating that they cannot provide raw server logs or tick data, claiming that Dashboard numbers take precedence over MT5 terminal figures. However, my account remains under review by their human technical team. I am still waiting for an official resolution and full reinstatement based on the actual MT5 server figures.
[UPDATE - 29/09/2026]:
WeMasterTrade support has officially sent an email admitting that there was an "MT5 display/update issue" regarding my account equity ($37,225.02 vs $37,023.52). However, they are attempting to shift blame onto MT5 display lag rather than taking responsibility for their server bridge mismatch. A trader relies 100% on live MT5 terminal data. A system failure to sync data on their side does not justify account termination. I have submitted this official email admission directly to Trustpilot Content Integrity as absolute proof.

Hi Adam, thank you for sharing the details of your case. We would like to clarify where the review of account 1215025 currently stands.

The Daily Loss limit is based on the higher of your starting Balance and starting Equity, minus the Maximum Daily Loss (MDL). For this account, the starting Equity was $39,025.61 and the MDL was $2,000, which set the minimum Equity threshold at $37,025.61. Our records show the account's Equity at $37,021.02, resulting in a Daily Loss of $2,004.59.

Regarding the difference you reported between your MT5 terminal ($37,225.02) and the Dashboard, we rechecked the account and the MT5 records on our side match the figures shown on the Dashboard. To investigate further, we have asked you for the MT5 screenshot or account statement showing the $37,225.02 balance, so we can compare the same data and timeframe. The execution details of order #60659662 that you raised have also been submitted to our Risk team for verification.

We will continue the review with you by email as soon as we receive the statement.

Fake crypto payout verification on BscScan

Be very careful with WeMasterTrade "verified blockchain payouts"!
If you inspect their transaction links on BscScan, you will see that they are NOT sending USDT or real money. They are simply sending 1 unit of their own custom token (WMT) which is worth $0.00.

Generating a transaction hash with a useless token to claim "verified payouts" is completely misleading. Verify the "Tokens Transferred" section yourself before trusting their claims.

Hi Alaa, thank you for the detailed technical breakdown and for raising this concern.

We'd like to clarify: WeMasterTrade payouts are processed through various methods, including cryptocurrency, bank transfer, Volet, PayPal, and other supported channels. To consolidate and display these across our blockchain verification system, transactions are tokenized — which is why the WMT token shown on BscScan may display a value of $0.00. This does not reflect the actual monetary value paid to traders; the payouts themselves are genuine.

We recognize this presentation can be confusing, and your feedback has been forwarded to our IT team to improve clarity going forward. For a step-by-step explanation of how our verification process works, you can refer to this video: https://youtu.be/DU9er9bdItU?si=o5AVapi_wMk1zyaY

Very disappointing experience with WeMasterTrade, especially for crypto traders and scalpers. The spreads are consistently too high across all trading sessions, and during the weekends, crypto spreads widen to an unreasonable $40 to $50. When you combine these massive spreads with high commission fees, scalping becomes completely impossible here. This platform is simply not built for short-term trading strategies. We'd like to clarify: spread widening on crypto pairs, especially during weekends, reflects real-time liquidity conditions from our external liquidity providers — weekends typically have lower market liquidity across the industry, which naturally results in wider spreads. This is not something we artificially manipulate; it mirrors standard market behavior seen across trading platforms.

We understand this can be challenging for active scalping strategies, and we appreciate the feedback. If you have any further questions about trading conditions or commission structure, feel free to reach out via wemastertrade.com/report.

I'm about to purchase 10K instant account but I try about 1-2H to watch the reviews in this website but what I get first is warning ⚠️ due to fake reviews. My question for myself now should I buy it?

Hi Khlok, thank you for doing your research before making a decision — that's exactly the right approach.

The warning you're seeing relates to how we originally collected reviews (a basic invitation method that later became subject to stricter Trustpilot verification standards) and to reviews from certain markets being automatically flagged due to VPN or shared-network usage — not to fake or manipulated reviews. This type of warning is also a common, platform-wide pattern that affects many businesses, not unique to us. We've published a full, transparent explanation here: https://wemastertrade.com/understanding-our-trustpilot-page-a-transparent-explanation/

WeMasterTrade also has thousands of genuine positive reviews from real clients who've had successful trading and payout experiences with us. We'd encourage you to read through both the explanation above and a range of reviews before deciding. If you have any specific questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out via wemastertrade.com/report.

This by far the worst prop firm I have…

This by far the worst prop firm I have worked with. They use slippage as a tool to breach accounts. I have lost my accounts because of this. Their system doesn’t not respect stop losses,it only respects the DDL . when I reached out to support they told me to buy another account. Please stay away

Hi Caleb, thank you for sharing your feedback, though we have to respectfully clarify the situation here.

Based on our records, your concern relates to Stop Loss orders (57230058, 57232749, 57234436) on account 1184895. Our technical team reviewed the trade logs and confirmed these orders were executed during a period of high market volatility — the system filled them at the next best available bid price (slippage), which is standard market behavior during fast-moving or low-liquidity conditions, not a technical issue or an intentional tool to breach accounts. This was already explained to you directly via email.

We understand this affected your daily drawdown limit and that the outcome is frustrating, but execution at available market rates during volatile periods applies to all traders equally — it is not something we control or manipulate.

If you'd like to review the specific trade data further, please reach out via wemastertrade.com/report with your account details.

Hi Shorouk, thank you for the detailed account of your experience, and we understand your frustration with this situation.

We want to clarify the current status of your case: your account (1160551) has been escalated for a further review, and our team has already reached out to you directly via email with next steps — including an opportunity to provide additional clarification on the trading activity in question before a final decision is made. This means the matter is still under active review, and there has been no final decision at this stage.

We take concerns about inconsistent communication seriously, and this additional review is specifically intended to ensure the case is assessed thoroughly and fairly. We'd ask that you respond to the email already sent to you so our Risk team can proceed with the review. We're committed to providing a clear, evidence-based resolution once it's complete.

Hi Shamim, thank you for sharing your feedback, though we'd like to clarify how Daily Loss is actually calculated for account 1199645.

Daily Loss is based on the higher of your starting Balance or starting Equity, minus your Maximum Daily Loss (MDL) — giving a minimum Equity threshold. For your account: starting Equity was $10,000, with an MDL of $200, setting the minimum Equity threshold at $9,800. Your account's actual Equity reached $9,798.70, resulting in a Daily Loss of $201.3 — just over the $200 limit. This is calculated based on your account's Equity, not solely on stop-loss placement or displayed balance, so it may not always match what appears to have "room left" on the surface.

Our team has already sent you a detailed email with this full breakdown. We understand this is frustrating, especially as a first-time account, and we're happy to clarify further if needed — feel free to reach out via wemastertrade.com/report with your account details.
