We had Beth as our photographer, and she was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience fun, helped us feel comfortable, and kept our daughter who is full of energy entertained throughout the session.

Emily took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and helped us choose the perfect photo package for our family. She was patient, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service.

The photos turned out beautifully. They are all high quality, they captured so much personality and us as a family. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend them!

Dan, Cal, and Jess were absolutely fantastic. Dan and Cal were amazing with my nervous rescue dog and so kind during the photo shoot. The pictures were unbelievably cute and far exceeded my expectations! Absolutely would 💯 recommend!

Such an amazing experience! Caitlin led a fun and wonderful session with our three boys and took the most beautiful photos. Ellie was so helpful with selecting which photos to take home, and we cannot wait to have them up to remember our time

Paige was very welcoming from start to finish and made us feel completely comfortable with our new born and our dog. When we went to select the package Milton went through everything in detail so nothing was left out when. Would highly recommend venture Cardiff to anyone!

From start to finish our experience with venture Cheltenham has generally been amazing from first contact right through the photography to the viewing. We did the bump to baby shoot. Evelyn was great through the maternity shoot, making us feel at ease through. We had Dan for the Baby shoot and he was fantastic, very patient and great with our little one. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The only reason I can't give a 5 star review is that we had to come back to complete the baby shoot and when we arrived discovered that our photographer was off ill and we told they had tried to contact, but only one attempt was made and it had not got through, where in the past if they have not got through they have contacted by another method, but that was the only negative.

Our photographer Emily was fantastic. In fact all staff we dealt with at Venture were excellent. Very supportive and engaging. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Dan capturing photos of our 2 boys as well as some family shots! We’re really looking forward to updating the ones on our living room wall and sending family around the world the digitals when we get them! 🗺️ 📸
Jess was fantastic in our viewing and spent time talking us through the different options and costs. Yes the photos are expensive but they are so so worth it! ✨

Amazing! Would highly recommend. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming. The photos were incredible. Seeing them for the first time made me very emotional. Ben was so good with my girls. They just clicked instantly and they normally take a long time to interact at all with new people. He was amazing with making them feel at ease. They had so much fun.

We’ve used Venture twice now, when our son was two and now again when our daughter has turned two - in both cases they have done a fantastic job of keeping the kids entertained and producing amazing memories. Jenna this time around was friendly and engaged throughout the whole process and photoshoot. Thoroughly recommend!

We had Emily as our photographer and she captured everything i asked for, she made sure that we was comfortable. Honestly she is amazing and so so sweet

After a lovely photoshoot, was very surprised with the prices starting at £945, keeping in mind that the ‘voucher’ I had won gave the photographers hour for shoot and the editing time for free. However the biggest concern is the fact the shared my information with a third party, which at this point I had lost complete trust in the company so wanted to cancel my order. I contacted the team within three days, however after almost two weeks had to go to head office for a response. Then eventually I was told the piece of paper they asked me to sign meant there was no cancellation allowed. Now I understand that may be the case for usual circumstances, but they had already breached all my order information so therefore thought it was reasonable to request a cancellation. Don’t be fooled by this company, scam at best. Don’t trust them with any of your information, you don’t know where it is being sent. They will excuse this to be ‘human error’

The whole experience was lovely. Rhi as lovely and captured some awesome pictures. I absolutely love the quality of them.

I appreciate you acknowledging my feedback, however, I must state that your opening apology is not accepted as I feel I was misled.My initial understanding was based on winning a "GREAT NEWS!!" Facebook competition, which stated my family had been selected for a "complementary photoshoot experience voucher valued at £315." The details provided for this voucher clearly outlined:A one-hour studio photoshoot.Creative image preparation by a highly skilled photographer.A personal viewing of images in your cinema.A choice of photograph, beautifully presented in a 10x8 inch frame.Validity for two months (with extensions possible for specific sessions).I then paid a £25 booking deposit. This deposit was later informed was non-refundable, which felt contradictory to the idea of a "complementary voucher."Furthermore, when I was presented with the "Platinum package" offer for £1,725 (claiming a saving of £1,205 at £49 per month), the £315 voucher value and my £25 deposit were not deducted. This was not clearly communicated upfront and felt like a significant discrepancy, leaving me feeling that the initial "complementary" aspect was misrepresented.Regarding my apparent satisfaction during the viewing: the images were presented on a screen, making it difficult to accurately assess their quality, especially concerning lighting. Upon bringing the framed artwork home, I realized the pictures were significantly darker than anticipated.As a photographer and graphic designer myself, I understand the technical aspects of image editing. Editing images of individuals with darker skin tones requires specific adjustments to brightness and contrast to ensure accurate and flattering representation, which was not adequately achieved in this instance.While I appreciate the effort involved in the photoshoot session, the final outcome, combined with the perceived misrepresentation of the voucher's value and the cost, has led to my dissatisfaction.Thank you for your time.

Perfect experience! Jazzie the photographer was amazing on the day with the baby and the photos have come out way better than we ever expected! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting new born photos to book. Such a caring and friendly experience all round.

Excellent service from start to finish - from booking with Andrea, the photography session with Beth to viewing the photos with Emily! Everyone was super attentive, very patient with an uncooperative newborn at times and incredibly friendly. Couldn’t recommend more!
