Excellent customer service
Tabatha was very polite and considerate when I reached out. She honestly conveyed that prepayment cases weren’t her specialty and assured that she will request her colleague, Paul to reach out to me in 10 mins.
As assured, Paul called me within the time frame conveyed and was patient to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. He made sure that I am provided with all information before I agree with the switch from my current provider. I have recently moved to this property and have had to deal with a lot of service providers to set up a functional home and by far Paul and Tabatha were the most pleasant people to speak to. Paul was not in a hurry to get done with my call, and that means a lot, as a customer.
Paul specifically outlined the timelines on the supplier transfer and the installation, which I never experienced from my previous supplier (i was still chasing them when I coincidentally stumbled across E)
Happy to be a customer of this excellent network!
