Thorough onboarding. Easy to use. Awesome support when and where needed. Pricey however worth it if your carrying a lot of stock and lots of smaller raw materials.

We are a partner with Unleashed for almost 10 years now, since 2016 I saw a growth and improvements. They really cater what is the need of the clients and which is more beneficial on the inventory operation on the business. The reporting and data exporting function of Unleashed is superb. Really helpful. I think they should improve the Dashboard side so clients can see the simplest but important reports or summary sales.

I needed advice of how to get a certain report, Aida was amazing! Super knowledgeable, friendly and fast!

has been amazing. She has walked me through all my inquiries effectively and shown me how to properly integrate store, add customers, add products and update stock on hand to a high degree. She has never shied away from answering my many questions and remained patient if it took me longer to understand certain steps within the onboarding process.

The service provided by Josh at unleashed has been fantastic from start to finished. He is very comprehensive and made the entire process simple and stress free from the first interaction. I could not fault their service. I would highly recommend the unleashed more.

Unleashed used to be an amazing product. Access has completely stuffed it up by adding an intermediary layer called Evo Access. It adds zero value, makes adding users, and integrating with Prospect CRM incredibly clunky and impossible to use. I have spent 7 days trying to add a user with appropriate permissions to no avail. Their support is now AI based, and once you finally get flicked over to human agents, very slow responses and refer you to Support Centre documents. Not helpful at all. What was an amazing product is no longer. Start listening to your customer Access and get rid of Evo Access!

Update from the 28th of October. Over a month after contacting Unleashed (but only one day after the trust Pilot review) I received an email from Unleashed offering to work with me to sort out my issues. I was busy and it took me 2 weeks to reply to the email. Guess what? It came back with "This mailbox isn't monitored for support queries"

We have been using Unleashed for 10 years. I was a huge advocate for it and in fact left a glowing review many years ago. The company has been sold recently and it has gone downhill dramatically. We were charged for services not provided and it took months to get it reversed. We cannot get any support from anyone and everything is done via chat bots. The product now needs two sign ins to access it and it takes ages to load. It often hangs up and needs refreshing when navigating the site. I used to love this product and promoted it to colleagues all the time. I recommend you steer clear now. I am currently looking at alternatives.

Unleashed is really easy to use, the UX is superior for SME's who want a low training requirements for staff. It was easy implement for our FMCG Business and configure to our needs. It plugs into Xero easily providing the accounting requirements we needed. This is the second time round using unleashed and do recommend.

I had an error message and was unable to do any work for at least 20 minutes but upon putting through my ticket through my issue was resolved within the hour. Naurah has been friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Moving our fabric inventory and retail stock over seemed like a nightmare. But having an onboarding rep walk through batch assemblies on a screen-share actually got it sorted. Sales orders still don't have clean fields for DDP shipping terms, which is annoying for imports. Still, way better than reading endless help articles.

Aida was very helpful and able to resolve my issues promptly and without issue. The high level of support is greatly appreciated.
