Quick response to phone call

Quick response to phone call, not waiting to long for someone to reply, while listening to music and constant messages that you will be dealt with asap and hanging on for half an hour.
The agent Antolin dealt with me efficiently, proffesionally and was very polite.

Spent 3 days trying to contact Pacifica…

Spent 3 days trying to contact Pacifica to confirm an appointment as the portal stated 'no engineer allocated'. Over one hour on 'Chat' waiting for a response which never came, and held for 40 minutes on the phone before anyone human answered. Appalling service.
However, when I did finally speak to someone, Aaron Alatitit, he was helpful and courteous and booked my appointment with no difficulty. It is a shame that the communication is so very poor.
