Great relatianship with Mr. Milosevic in the St. Gallen Branch.
Implemented well what we had discussed.

An organisation plagued with incompetence and inconsequent processes. A bank that is unable to provide me with tax return certificates which it is legally obligated to deliver. Due to a failure of the system UBS is very sorry but cannot do anything. I am absolutely powerless dealing with this bunch. An overgrown corporate "your call is important to us, but we cannot do anything about it, these are the procedures" type of organisation. Avoid.

My wife and I already had accounts, but wanted to open a joint account and a youngster account at the Eaux-Vives branch. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous as usual. They offered us coffee and biscuits to begin. On the way out, they showered us with nice, worthy gifts. It is worth mentioning that we are not big depositors, and the staff took their time and patiently answered all our questions in detail. I have never experienced such exceptional service anywhere in the world.

UBS Tokenize. Says it is part of UBS I did email to ask but had no reply, A word of warning if you are invited to join it or see it online keep well away they will let you deposit and make a small withdrawal ( 6k USDT ) but when you want to withdraw 40k then it’s all about verification but you have to make deposits , 1st it’s a risk wallet 50% of your withdrawal, you think your ok , but then they want you to put another 22k into your base wallet , it’s obstacles at every step on the illusion of your safety, those of us who do have a safe wallet know that verification is a simple and fairly quick process, but not with UBS Tokenize.
As I said I emailed the London office as the New York office would not give me an email address.
Take my advice and keep well away !
