Quick delivery and easy to assemble. Results on the turf are great

Our court was black in places, but your machine is working wonders. Apart from learning the trick of handling the long power lead it is easy to manoeuvre.

After purchasing this item, I was a bit worried because I had no correspondence on my purchase. It just turned up on my doorstep.

This machine is awesome like I read and other reviews. It will pull the spots off a leopard. It will also pull the lines of a zebra. It picks absolutely everything up Dog Hair cat hair twigs leafs my lawn is recently New so I can’t really say it makes it looks like new again. Certainly does a fantastic job. Downside to it doesn’t get right to the edges but with a little bit of raking sorted.

Terrible customer service. Product didn’t arrive tried every method of communication no response. They still have our money I would not touch this company It’s in my husbands name and we have sent the information through five channels order number gb-2136 ordered 2nd may. Hopefully this can help resolve

1. Sale & Advice telephone number "suspended".

2. Message form submission not answered.

Had an issue with the delivery & billing address which we did not realize until we received email confirmation that our shipment was dispatched. It was sorted easily and quickly and our order arrived at the correct address at the time and date promised.

It is virtually impossible to contact you. We have phoned, emailed, sent an email via your link and sent a message via FB. We need to return an item and at the moment we can’t

I have been calling numerous times and sending emails to ask questions about the products prior to purchasing. It's been over 3 weeks now with NO communication either by phone or by email. How can I purchase their product if I can't reach them and they don't get back in touch with the customer. What good is a warranty if you can't contact them?

Used turf brush on long neglected lawn. Good result removing dirt and lifting turf blades.
Easy to use

I like the product. However, the cable gets in the way when using. It has wrapped around the brush roller a couple of timed. It also doesn't clear my artificial grass leaves etc next to a gravel board. It leaves about 6 inches of uncleared area.

So far so good. A few uses in and it really works great!

The artificial grass brush is a must have for anyone with artificial grass. It far exceeded my expectations

The repair kit didn’t include the parts it should/stated it did. Emails and phone calls ignored to request the missing parts. I’ve had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.

Shocking customer service.

This is a great product. It does take a little time to get used to the process, including the proper height setting, but once this is dialed in, it picks up debris and pet hair. Your lawn will look like the day it was installed!
