Fast and efficient as always.

Unfortunately, I can only report negative experiences with this shop and will not make any further purchases here.
I ordered a pair of triathlon shoes. Despite both shoes bearing the same size label, they were noticeably different in size. I received no response whatsoever to the email I sent outlining the problem. I subsequently arranged a return by telephone and sent the shoes back. Despite several follow-up inquiries, I waited a full month without receiving any refund. I was ultimately forced to open a PayPal dispute in order to recover my money. Even in the PayPal process, the shop failed to respond and allowed the reply deadline to expire.

First good experience with ordering sportswear online. Very good quality, some items are a bit expensive but definitely worth the money. Great explanations of used technology on website and fast delivery as well. Some sizes might run a bit small, don't recommend ordering sports bras with cups.

Good overall service and quick response via email

I ordered recovery pants and the quality was really low, so I returned them. I had to pay for shipping it back, which was ok. But then the shipping costs (shipping to me) were taken from my refund, too. Why is that if I got products in a bad quality?

I do order new balance on this platform they send me 2 different sizes …6 month later … I still have no money back …if you want to loose your time and your money just do it with this shop … I have no more understanding such a meaningless customer service

I don’t have any information on my order passed 4 days ago and I don’t get a reply to my emails.

I order Garmin Fenix 8 from them and it was cheaper 250 euro than other sellers in the beginning I was a bit worried, but I found there customer support is very helpful, and they even send to me a small gift with the order I am really satisfied
