The item could not fit in my car which is my fault, however I then had to organise my own delivery. Also I had to ask for help to load other item into the car.

The packaging was totally damaged and the front of the chair had marks on it. Did try and do the insurance thing but it wouldn't go through. Tried to call but no luck. Have got photos but ended up fixing the chair at the front of it
