Delivery was prompt, product well packaged and was exactly as I envisioned it to be, it’s great to open a package and it’s exactly as it was advertised, am sooo delighted with my purchase, would not hesitate to order again 🙂

The holes for the base and back of the chair didn’t line up so poor quality.
Other than that they’ll be alright for my office

Great bed but it’s not “VELVET” it’s polyester and the pink is quite dull. Ordering online to delivery was a breeze - only downfall is the advertising of the product, if I expect to buy something velvet, I expect to receive velvet

Firstly they didn't want to courier to Waiheke island and no explanation. Then I tried to get it delivered to my work for a day I had the car over. Didn't arrive. Tried to call all afternoon via both numbers and using the Chat. No answer on any medium and no call back. So no idea where my gazebo is. Hopefully will hear back next week!

Some of the instructions on the booklet is not very clear. Example one of the page we get to it has the piece to put on to another piece but doesn't say what number so then we have to go back to the front Page and figure out what number it is based off the other piece that has a number. Very frustrating and labour intense - not good for the brain!

So far the bed base and mattress are great! Comfortable and sturdy - I was surprised since my experience of flatpack furniture (other than IKEA) has been average at best. I would highly recommend using an electric drill for this wee build. I didn't have one so this took me the better part of 4 hours. The instructions were easy to follow. The pre drilled holes all aligned. I did it on my own so challenge level 3/5. Give me 6 months to review this bed properly - 2 weeks is hardly enough

I really enjoyed my experience shopping with treasure box, they had a lot of good deals on when I purchased my products and they were definitely worth the money, nothing come broken only little down fall is that I was missing one tiny piece for the basket, but overall everything else was there, delivery was super fast and only took two days, the delivery fee is a lot but is worth it, overall good quality, experience and services with treasure box.
