Online ordering was fine, delivery was not the greatest. Difficult to track parcel, no communication or completed delivery response.

The pick up process was easy.
Instructions to assemble were pretty vague and left a lot for us to figure out on our own. Luckily my husband is a builder but if I were on my own I would have really struggled.
One of the dining chairs had a bit of metal blocking the screw hole which my husband had to remove using tools to complete assembly.
Despite the assembly process being challenging the final product is lovely and looks great.

Prompt delivery although it would be helpful if courier had rung us before delivering.

The TV unit was easy to assemble with clear instructions. The unit design is elegant and smart. Quality is good for the pricing except for a few minor mishaps in finishing but it’s not noticeable. Overall, the process of placing order, payment methods, and pick-up was excellent.

Price was reasonable for the product, had an minor issue with a corner screw being difficult to screw in. The table seems stable. Ordered Thursday evening arrived Saturday morning. Thanks.

Bought a bed frame on Saturday and opened it up when I got home to find a structural piece missing. Drove all the way back to treasure box as I couldn’t get anyone on the phone, chat or email, only to find out that they couldn’t help me until Monday when their after sales team starts working.

I needed to use the bed that day so I had to screw in a piece of wood I had lying around to keep the bed frame stable.

Why does it take a a whole separate team to open another box of the same product find the missing piece and hand it to me?

Wasted a lot of my time, energy, petrol and money over faulty product sold and poor customer service.

I have not received my order yet. My tracking number doesnt work and no one has replied to my email.

I ordered a bed that was in stock and 2 bedside tables that were preorder, they were going to send it once the bedside tables arrived but I emailed and asked for the bed to be sent straight away which they done, easy to put together all items, decent quality for affordable prices, although I recieved the bedside tables with no notification that they had been sent or tracking, all in all no issues!

Arrived within a week and super easy to assemble.

Quality feels pretty good and lights work quite well. Watch out for the corners of the stool though as they're quite sharp.

Assembly took quite a while with the number of parts. Would recommend using an impact driver to speed things up.

Delivery was a bit confusing as they used Post Haste and they never updated their tracking info. So had no idea what the status was till it just showed up randomly.

Great price, easy to build. Look great. Pick up was flawless, Very pleased.

The company used for delivery did not update communications and they left our queen mattress outside our house without informing us.
