Staff, I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly.
They did not try to push products on you.
They explained all my questions very well.
Customer service, I spoke to customer service no long waiting times and got the answers I needed.
Delivery team, I had a time slot of 3 hours. 30 minutes before they arrived at my address I was called to inform me.
Overall very good and would recommend totalBED.
