I have been very happy with merchandise bought and sold over the years. However i will never purchase anything from them again as 1/3 of my packages go astray and are sent back to the company. This is ups’s fault i guess but bottom line I can’t go through the agnst of worrying about whether they will actually arrive

Got a fake Burberry

Bag was in great condition and came in nice packaging!

I have purchased 2 purses from TRR and both were as described and great value. The clothes have been more hit or miss. Some work out, some are miss-sized and some smell bad.

Item great shape as stated. Superb quality. Delivered as stated timely.

Found a great deal on a beautiful ring. Packaged nicely and shipped fast.

Everytime I spoke with an associate they were welcoming and listened to my questions. I have not had this great customer service anywhere else. It truly made such an impact on me how helpful they were that I have reccomended others to either purchase or sell on the site.

There's so much to unpack here:
Consistency of descriptions, sizing and information: 2
Why?: The same size item, a shoe, belt etc. can have the same dimensions but be labeled large, extra large, medium. It's clear that the people processing and posting these items have no guidance.

Product quality: 4. You've got some amazing product, but it doesn't matter how good it is if the descriptions, accuracy, and relevance are off. I've seen a product with remarkably different characteristics be labeled with the same terms.
Selling: 3. I sent two items, identical, and when I say identical I mean identical, they ended up with two different prices on the website. No explanation, no details, nothing would explain the difference.
Packing and shipping: 2. I often pay for second day shipping, and I still may not get the item for a week to 10 days. And the packaging, things are watered up and received wrinkled, or maybe that's the way they were just stored. Either way, your back of house team needs some coaching on how to handle luxury product.

Delivery on time, but increasingly expensive. Delivery communication good.
Product pricing increasing, still strong value proposition , but not what it was. Wish 20% REAL came back. Products good, but increasingly overrated

The jacket I purchased was described as being in excellent condition. However, there was noticeable damage around the collar. No photos were provided showing the damage. The jacket is no returnable so I am going to try and repair it myself. Generally love TRR but I'm pretty disappointed this time.

Great experience working with the staff quick to get things set through no issues we do business with them again
