Honestly, I took a chance on a poorly photographed item. There was only one picture and it was blurry. It was listed in 'good' condition. Others like it with better pictures weren't in the condition I would have chosen at that rating. But, as I said, I took a chance and it paid off! There is very little wear and not noticeable when wearing it. I am very happy!

I bought a size 39, they sent a 36. They put the wrong size in the listing & I had to jump through a million hoops for them to even agree to a return. It was their error. They also wanted to charge ME the shipping cost, for THEIR ERROR.

I was really happy with the condition of the frames. I had the same pair but they broke so I really wanted another pair, but the style was discontinued. So happy to have found them on the Real Real. Now, all I need to do is swap out the lenses to my prescription.

you sold me a FAKE ITEM. So obvious it’s actually concerning

This is my 3rd buy from TRR my tanzanite ring and necklace are gorgeous better than the pic and a great price. My ruby ring i bought said it was a 8'buy its not its a 5 and they would not exchange or refund.
So 2/3 have been good.

Estimated delivery dates were wrong in my case. I was staying in New York till Saturday and made an order on Tuesday. I used a fast expedited shipment. It was claimed that the jewelry will be delivered in 2 working days. I thought it will arrive on Thursday or Friday latest. But! It was prepared for shipment only on Thursday! And arrived only on Monday! And I already was not in New York, that caused a lot of complications.

Tried reaching out to say the item I received was fake, but received no response.

I am not happy with my purchase and actually this is not the first time that the size of the merchandise does not match reality. One of the itens from my last purchase I bought as large but a smal piece arrived and the tag it says P witch means small.
What do I do now with and item that I bought on final sale?
