My last 3 orders have sealed the deal for me! You just don’t give accurate descriptions. Sizes, condition, even color are completely unreliable. I had a few bad experiences, and then ran an experiment to see if I was imagining. I wasn’t. The service no longer works for buyers. I will still look at the sight but wouldn’t be surprised if I never order from TRR again. Too bad. It used to work well.

Easy checkout, Received the product in a reasonable length of time. Problem is there’s not enough time to shop before the cart is deleted. Ended up paying two different shipping fees bc of time restraint. Time needs adjustment.

The item ordered was lovely and arrived relatively quickly but although a "tags on" item, had a small split in one seam that will need a professional to sew up. Nothing drastic but for an item labelled pristine, a little bit annoying. The clothes are reasonably priced however the shipping to Australia is ludicrously expensive. For instance, item was $70 and shipping was $100, which defeats the purpose of shopping vintage.

An item I purchased was destroyed when it arrived and I now have to ship it back for a refund.

Great deal on a nice pair of jeans, but the description didn’t say they were petite sizing. More details would be helpful!

The description of the item needs more details
My item had very little information was extremely vague and did NOT show the huge tear on the inside of the bag lining.
Please take the time to type more details into the description. Go beyond two simple sentences remember the buyer is online and cannot feel or experience items for themselves.
