Haven’t even received my items. Ordered 10 days ago for an event that already passed.

Quick and easy shopping experience - found my dress at an amazing price, and it arrived within a few days! The dress was in pristine condition, with tags attached.

What made the experience great was, i got a great item for a great price and it was better than described. You all are doing a great job as far as service, quality and time is concerned. I have no suggestions on what you should do better because you have all the bases covered. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

But was pleasantly surprised when I received my purse.

Easy to navigate site and search for what I want. Great deals. Items arrived exactly as described, great quality.

Two items I ordered had holes from moths.

75% of my order had problems. I ordered 4 items. One was as described. The second was a NWT shirt that indeed had tags, but it also had an ink (?) stain on the front. I really wanted to try washing it, but I did not have that choice-- it would no longer be NWT. The third item was a shirt described as being in "Excellent" condition. It arrived with stains around one of the cuffs; it was final sale. The fourth item was a dress listed as an XL in "Very Good" condition, with the only listed damage being that it had had the size and fabric tags removed. Well, NO, it had not. The size (European 40, so much more of a MEDIUM than an XL) was right there along with the fabric content. It also had a shoulder pad dangling from one thread. I would love to try washing the items that arrived with unlisted stains, but they offered me $10 in SITE CREDIT. In other words, they offered me nothing. There is no way to purchase anything for $10, so they are basically offering you the chance to experience their inaccurate descriptions again. Customer service used to work pretty well, but my chat with an AI bot was largely just frustrating.

I still haven’t received my package. I contacted TRR when my package wasn’t shipped by the end of the week and asked for express shipping with no luck. Then my package was shipped 5 days after ordering. I contacted TRR to ask why. I was told it would be delivered by Friday. Now it’s scheduled to be delivered by Monday. That’s almost two weeks after ordering. The site says items are delivered 3-5 business days after ordering. When companies have a delay in shipping, they must reach out and offer a refund if they fail to do so. The only emails I received from TRR asked me if I love my recent purchase (I still have not received it) and countless emails (at least 2/day) trying to sell me more items. I feel ignored after TRR has received my money and TRR is only interested in contacting me to receive more of my money. Even after I reached out about concerns with the package being late, there was no follow up, and no alert that it would be even later than the second delay.

Shipping time - it takes too long to receive items which also affects the return window. Not enough discounts or coupons are offered to repeat, loyal customers.

Half of the things I purchase end up having to be returned because the condition of the item is rarely correct, and the sizes are often listed wrong.

The DHL shipping is horrible. It always takes longer and gets delivered by usps anyway.
Also I have purchased and returned multiple items that were not authentic. I don’t bother to call because it’s not easy. I just take the $15 loss on shipping

I ordered a Saloni dress size 2. I love this brand and know I’m a size 2. I’ve worn several of their dresses. The dress I ordered came with the Saloni tag missing and was too big! I was very dissatisfied and disappointed! I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew you had the size incorrect. I waisted money on having it shipped and then to pay to ship back when it was your mistake!!!
