Celine triomphe medium bag
The Celine bag is lovely. Great price and exactly as described. The box it was shipped in was strong and sealed very well. My only disappointment was the interior presentation. The bag was secure in a Celine dust bag but that was it. No tissue or seal, nothing special. Just a dust bag in an empty box. Would love to see a little TLC and nicer presentation for my 2500 bag. But overall, I am happy. PS, the bag was delivered day and time as promised. Ups did a good job.

Good condition/fair price
The bag arrived quickly, in good condition, and matched the online description. However, I thought it would be dropped off at the front door, not in the mailbox. I don't check the mail daily, so the bag was sitting in the heat for a couple of days, which has stretched the material a little bit.

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received
My package was marked as delivered to my front door, but it was not there on the date it was allegedly delivered and has still not arrived. I’m not sure if the address change made by The RealReal may have affected the delivery, but I have yet to receive my package and would appreciate assistance locating it.
