Purse are awesome condition very happy with my purchase

Bag and purse descriptions are lacking details and accuracy. And then you can't return the bag unless its eligible and then you have to pay more to be able to return it. Also they are not really inspecting the bags, I've ordered and received bags that still have random items inside. And in my most recent order they did not include a printed receipt for my purchase. I've been a realreal member for many years and the decline is noticeable.

The shopping experience was fine, but the item is falling apart.

Not gonna lie the sizing was way off from the size chart, you know, which is unacceptable for a company this size! Hope they fix this!

It says " Taxes included" then I pay extra 200 when it arrives...

The product description did not had a color pointed out, it looks black on the photo but the one I got was a navy blue.

Hello. The purse had significant scuff marks and raveling at the bottom. I would suggest that you display the actual item instead of a model holding it. I opted to not pay the additional fee for the return….in the future I will. Also please include a receipt in the package instead of your business card.

Love my new trench coat and my sunglasses they came exactly how the description says, I do recommend .

The wrong size was advertised. It said US8 and UK14. The size was US 14. I was sooo sad. They were way to big.

Amazing product! My shoes were brand new and shipped fast.

I received a size 18 pant for a listing that said it was a size large. It was an item that was marked as non returnable but thought I would reach out to customer service anyways to see if I could return for a store credit or something. They gave me a full refund of the item ;). It’s good to know they stand behind the items they sell and fixed their mistake. I have made several purchases from here and I will continue to use TRR as my source for clothing.

“So far” I’ve had nothing but great shopping experiences with the RealReal. I’ve heard horror stories (don’t know how true they are) but I haven’t had any. Even when a couple (2) unfortunate things occurred (which were out of there’s and my control) they were promptly handled. “So far” I love it here! I’d recommend them.

I appreciate being able to buy authentic items at a fraction of the original price.
