The Real Real use to be a great company, now is a mess, the descriptions is wrong most of the time, the size is wrong sometimes its a mens item, when you sell they literally give away yours stuff but their prices remain high. I opt for second day and items arrive a week later. nos a great experience anymore.

I ordered a $12,000 watch and not only…
I ordered a $12,000 watch and not only does it not work, but there are no papers to verify that it was actually purchased from Van Cleef and that it is real. Also, I tried to get extra time in order to get a quote on repairing the watch but was only allowed one extra week, so I decided to just return the watch and forget about it.

The packaging was not good
The packaging was not good. The box at the UPS pickup spot was already showing a hole and I could see my product through it. The tape needs to be tighter bound.
The dust bag is terrible quality - the drawstring from one side slipped out immediately as I left the store.
Good thing: The bag I ordered is in amazing condition.
Just wish it was packaged well and in a decent dust bag not this flimsy Realreal one
