Excellent product, my handbag was in the condition as described, arrived quite fast

I got a really good deal on the red bottoms. And on top of the great prices, I was given a $25 store credit.

Mailed promptly and happy with the item purchased.

Positive: Items arrived on time, well priced and carefully packaged. All items were as described in terms of their condition & great designs.
Negative: Two out of the three bags I ordered smell really bad. I cleaned, deodorized & aired them out but still they smell bad. I am disappointed about that, because I like the bag designs. I'm hoping that a professional dry cleaner/leather spa will be able to get them smelling fresh.
This is not the first time I've received a stinky bag from The RealReal (last time this happened, I had to return it; it smelled vile) and it definitely keeps me from ordering more often.

Buying pre loved shoes online can be a gamble, but this was a 10/10 seamless purchase. Highly recommended

I purchased a Louis Vuitton scarf from The RealReal. When I later tried to reconsign it, their team flagged it as “authenticity questionable.” I spoke with a RealReal representative who assured me this happens sometimes, and I brought the item in to explain the situation and try again. It came back rejected for the same authenticity reason.

I’ve had great experiences with them in the past, but this raises an obvious concern: if they’re questioning the authenticity of an item they sold me, they should refund my full purchase price. I’ve reached out to my rep multiple times and still haven’t gotten a resolution. It’s been frustrating and time-consuming.

My advice: be cautious before buying luxury items from this vendor. If they won’t stand behind the authenticity of what they sold you, that’s a real red flag.

Do not sell with them!!! They get outrages amounts of money and you get Pennie’s on the dollar. They also charge a&20 fee to send them back if you aren’t happy with amount they pay you for selling them

Overall, I had a very positive experience with The RealReal. The item arrived exactly as described, was authentic, and the entire purchasing process was smooth and professional. The only thing I wish they offered is the ability to negotiate prices or submit offers on certain items. That would make the shopping experience even better. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely shop with them again.

The condition of the Tory Burch was not as described; it was much more worn-looking than expected. The description was not adequate. However, I did not return it because it was a final sale

The exterior of the bag was as described but there is sn inner pocket that is extremely dirty and sticky that was not mentioned
