The bag I bought was a lot dirtier inside and had a big stain that wasn’t in the description. It would be helpful if you photographed everything instead. It has had pieces of paper and a receipt in the pocket that wasn’t pictured. Disappointed for the first time with TRR. I had to clean the bag twice so far and even vacuum it to clean up the mess. I am keeping it even though I purchased the return option because I liked the bag but still disappointed with lack of photos and description felt deceitful. This is the first time I am debating on not purchasing another item from TRR.

The Gucci bag doesn’t looks original as the site show . I’m sure it’s a replica and fake bag and a paid lots of money for it. Dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️

The item I received was not as described. Trying to initiate return and refund. First time that I have been highly disappointed in a purchased item

This happened a while ago but I am feeling compelled to tell this story today. I ordered a pair of expensive shoes from The Real Real. Upon delivery and opening the box, I was confused to find another box inside with a shipping label going to a completely different place. My shoes were not in the box and it was clearly tampered with. I was disappointed and reached out to the company hoping they would make it right. I documented what I received and a representative assured me I would be refunded. I was to send the box back. I made it very clear that what I was sending back did not contain the product.

Me - “ I just want to make this clear, the box that i received had another box Inside with a complete different label. I believe the package was stolen and have contacted ups”

The Real Real - “ Do not worry. I have already mentioned the notes for our team, so you will not facing any issue. Our team process your refund high priority.”

I went ahead and followed the instructions and waited patiently for my refund.

Upon The Real Real receiving my package. I was emailed and informed that I would not be receiving my refund and instead threatened to open up a legal investigation.

I have everything documented and the company refused to make it right. I will never use this company again and heavily discourage you not to.

I was sold an item advertised at size 9. It was a European size 39, which is an uncontested US 8.5. Now I have to pay a restocking or shipping fee? For such a huge “reputable” company, this is BS.

Josh was so quick to respond and offered real solutions. He was very attentive and I appreciated that! 10 out of 10 for Josh!
I will say it was hard to find a place to go to for support but once I did, it was a good experience.

The worst experience ever. My money has not yet been refunded and the return took place a month ago. This place is a joke a complete scam where customers are treated terribly. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Will never return for anything

The shoes arrived a day sooner than promised. There is a black mark on the side of the sole that wasn't visible in photos but im not bothered by it.

Made my first purchase and it was described as being in "excellent" condition but had a number of flaws not mentioned or pictured. Be careful when purchasing.

It’s terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong size sandals. it was advertised as a 36 although when the shoes arrived, they were 39. I emailed three or four times with no response and I even sent a hand written note with my return that I should not be responsible for the shipping considering it’s not my fault that they sent the wrong size and they advertise wrongly. They still took the $16 of shipping.
