Have ordered several items from TRR and absolutely LOVE my items - I only had one item with unexpected damage but I think its reparable and the value is truly truly unmatched. I have already told a handful of friends to get on the app and we all love it. The shopping experience itself is amazing and I truly LOVE my pieces.

I bought a pair of Stuart W pink heels and they were the wrong size by your fault, I was lead to believe they were a size 37 but were in fact a 36 which is NOT MY FAULT but your FAULT for falsely advertising them as a size 37. I had to pay from Australia the cost of return mail which I should be compensated for as I requested in my return paperwork. This was not a change of mind on my behalf but a necessity due to false sizing on your behalf.
It is not that hard for your staff to correctly size and photograph the product, so this mistake should be at YOUR EXPENSE AND NOT MINE.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Paying for shipping and then being at the whim of when TRR ships the purchased pieces is always a point of frustration with this platform. $16 for basic shipping on TRR is typically second day for most retailers.

Easy to get by the app and what my order was impressed me.

I ordered an “excellent” condition Aviator Nation sweatshirt. When it arrived, it was wadded up in packaging, covered in fuzz and animal fur, was faded and has a nasty musty smell. That was my first experience with the company so not good! They did accept a return even though it final sale but they are making me pay $15.95 to ship it back. Thank god I didn’t order any of their more expensive designer items. Lesson learned and never using this website again.
