Great experience!

Great experience! This was my first time buying from the real real after finding a pair of boots I’ve been looking for for ages. The shipping was extremely quick (I live in Australia) , and they arrived packaged well. Quality was great and everything went smoothly. Would buy from here again.

Not an authentic Canada goose

Received the jacket that I ordered and some immediate red flags went off. Not sure what the qc process is to check for authenticity but I spotted inconsistencies with a quick google search for the item I bought. I requested a return and now they’re trying to make me jump through hoops to get it further inspected. If they couldn’t tell if it’s authentic the first time, I wouldn’t trust them now. My time and money has been wasted and trying to make a return is difficult as all heck.

Deals on deals.

I love the deals I’ve gotten on the app. Customer service has become a lot better. I do not like selling on the app, because their promos are never actually how they word it.
