I was expecting an item that was in…

I was expecting an item that was in good or very good condition, as advertised. There was what appeared to be a moth hole that had been repaired, but still noticeable right in the front of the sweater, which for me, would be fair condition at best. I spent $40.00 for faster delivery hoping to bring it on vacation with me. It was not wearable. I sent it back and lost too much money in shipping costs. Not a good experience at all.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with The RealReal! Everything from start to finish was amazing. The item arrived exactly as described, beautifully packaged, and in excellent condition. You can really tell that they care about quality and making sure customers have a great experience.
