I love that I got a vintage bag at a…
I love that I got a vintage bag at a decent price. Though, I wish some of the pictures were more clear for fine detail scratches or scuffs that aren't always visible or clear if it's a "camera glare" versus a "white mark" for example - especially on black patent leather, which is what my bag was. Otherwise, I love that the bag came clean and in the great condition described and with a dustbag from the Real Real, including a card inside. I thought that was a nice touch!

Here's my take after a decade of shopping here.
I have been shopping TRR for maybe a decade now and in the beginning it was 5 stars. now it is hit and mostly miss. I have received the wrong size shoes more times than the right ones. I bought a Prada monolith (my dream shoe) listed as good. and the dang sole was detaching. I most recently purchased a London fog tote and the condition was listed as very good and it had strings coming off the straps I had to cut off and it was a little banged up. The MK tote was very good, I bought that in the same order. That is what I mean by hit and miss. I have purchased clothing that were the wrong material, wrong color, wrong measurement, their techs need to get an SOP or something. I use the filter for very good and on up. or else it is a Real Real gamble. It's such a gamble like going to the casino except when you win you get an amazing find, rarely, and when you lose you get something one step up from the bins or it would never fit, most of the time. Also I have sold with them and you get pennies, I got $7.00 on the most recent consignment.
