I have to give this company another review I have recently had two more appointments with Simon and he feels like a friend now. I am an older man and have had several visits as I wear two hearing aids and do get problems with wax etc especially with the ridiculously hot summer..
He is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, comfortable and reassuring. His treatment room and waiting room are immaculate peaceful and relaxing.

Great professional service! I was surprised how straightforward and fast the process of cleaning my ears was. The price was a bit higher than other places but I didn’t have to wait long for a free slot. I also enjoyed the Spa vibe of the waiting room.

My consultation at Ryde was my second. I felt “listened to” , unhurried, and I was given completely painless treatment and good practical advice which was swiftly followed by emailed guidance. I would thoroughly recommend this ear specialist to anyone.

I went to the Ear specialist as I had a build up of wax and one ear was almost completely blocked and the other partially. Simon explained the procedure well and proceded to get the wax out. I didn't make it easy for him as I couldn't get on the couch properly but my hearing was massively improved. It is still very slightly fuzzy in one ear but only temporarily and clicked clear very quickly. I was advised not to get any water in the ear for a couple of days as there were signs of a small amount of residual liquid so hopefully it will be 100% very soon

Super service, easy to book online, clear directions on location with parking outside. Very detailed history taken followed by a thorough examination and treatment given as needed and follow on advice given. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. The ear wax removal was explained in easy to understand detail. I was made very comfortable and the procedure only took around 5 mins and was painless. I thoroughly recommend them and will return when the time comes to have the procedure again.

Fantastic service would recommend and good value for money

Very quick and easy to make a booking. Moved from a competitor because of long delay before appointment available. Online Date/time of available slots was extremely helpful, so I could fit my visit round other activities. Actual booking system did not work properly to start with.

It is an enormous comfort to our family to have found Simon to look after our 92 year old Dad's hearing. Dad had very little hearing left when we first met Simon a few months ago.
