Unprofessional
Unfortunately my tax agent I got assigned never replied to my questions and did not even read them. I had to ask around 5x until they were answered, and even then she never replied to all of them and just sent an automated chatGPT answer. Very unprofessional service.

Very good service so far. However the gestor will be responsive only if messages and attachments are sent through the platform, otherwise ignored. If you don't know this, take note!

I have been getting assistance from the tax-fix team for over a year now and I have always got prompt responses to all my queries.
