Great product in great condition. The only issue I did have is that the seller did not disclose that their item came from a house with a pet which resulted in a Steam Deck carrying case littered with hair. I'm not allergic or anything, and again, the Steam Deck itself was in great condition, it just ruined the experience a little bit for me. Easy fix, but I think Swappa should encourage shipping things in as pristine of a package as possible — including cleaning pet hair off of anything where pet hair might easily stick.

My son has been saving for one of these units for about two years, and when this one came available, he jumped on it. The post about the product was charming and creative, and he felt a connection with the seller almost at once. He had to have this unit! And we have not been disappointed. Kenney was wonderful to deal with, the unit arrived stupendously packaged, spotless, and perfect. It fired right up and my son began downloading games almost instantly. It is in pristine condition and will be a source of gaming enjoyment for a long while to come. This unit is the mid-grade model of this device and it performs perfectly. Very responsive controls, great speakers, beautiful graphics. He's completely thrilled with this purchase. Thank you!

Device is fantastic, and I've issued it over 20 hours in the last week. Only complaint was there was a crack that wasn't obvious or notated in the description. Seems to be a common issue in the steam deck, though.
