I didn’t get a phone call when the…
I didn’t get a phone call when the glasses arrived. At pick up the glasses were blurry on the left side. The assistant was very nice and allowed me to take the glasses with me to adjust to the different style frame until the readjusted side lens was reordered.
I think the left lens proscription is wrong. The measurements were not correct as of now.

It was just an average visit with average employees. No one helped me pick out my frames. I had to do it myself. No one was there to point anything out for me. No more special than any other eyeglass place. If you want a full eye exam, you have to ask or they will just give you a virtual eye exam and then write you a prescription.

The eyeglasses were excellent quality
The eyeglasses were excellent quality, delivered on time, and the prescriptions were accurate. I did discover that the in-store products had better discounts when I went to have my frames adjusted, but the convenience of ordering online made up for that. The eyeglass technician was very helpful in getting one of my purchases converted to prescription sunglasses at no charge.
