Chad was very helpful and prompt on his communication and helping me understand the process involved. Very easy process and worked with me on my budget and timelines! Price was extremely fair. He even was on his way out of the office for the day when I finally was able to make my payment and Chad graciously stayed late to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the plan and process!
